Mercure Chur City West

Loved the blackout curtains and shower.

Wished the double beds were further apart. Felt crammed together.

The property is located away from the city center, but easily accessed by the buses which run along the main road just outside the hotel and they’re free for the tourists. We requested an upgrade to a higher floor, the view is very nice, and the buffet breakfast is great!

The bathroom floor wasn’t clean, there was a lot of hair on it. We pick it up either toilet paper before taking a shower

Room with view that we booked had a view on highway and industrial zone and on the mountain. Room oposit to it had bettwer view!

Very clean room, nice view over Chur, nice shower and they had beds ready for our kids. Bus into the old town was free and right outside.

Location is away from the charming parts of Chur, it is basically at a shopping mall, not many good walkable restaurants around. No USB charging ports in the rooms.

They seem to be building just beyond the city center to expand the city and that is where this hotel was located. Only a short bus ride to the city center and a free bus pass was provided.There were swings in the lobby, views of the mountains, great access to the bus line and connected to a bowling alley and theater.

The view from the room was not as nice as that pictured. The bowling alley was closed.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the mountains from the 8th floor. We did not have breakfast as thought it was expensive at 25 euros per person.

The hotel is very easy to reach by car, parking is excellent; WiFi is excellent; Rooms are very comfortable. Having a shopping center attached to the hotel was helpful except for Sunday since everything is closed

The social area is limited to the tiny hotel entrance; Only one staff member at a time and service is almost inexistent. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel

The hotel is easy to reach by car, parking is excellent, rooms are spacious and comfortable (in spite of the electric switches that are complex and not working) and the Internet works pretty wellThe staff at breakfast is very nice but the meal is plain.

The only lounge area in the hotel is the entrance with 6 chairs !! The same area is used by the cleaning staff at lunch break !!!There is only one staff at the reception and quite often you find a "Will be back in a few minutes" plaque.

The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless. The modern decor and well-maintained facilities gave the place a fresh, inviting feel. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room. The hotel’s location is ideal for travelers with a car. It’s easy to reach and offers convenient parking. The city center is a 10-minute bus ride away. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was not worth the money, we arrived at 9.30am on Sunday and food had not been refreshed and restocked

The staff stayed on to check us in past reception closing time which was 11pm on Friday evening. It was clean and the communication was great. Rooms were spacious and had great views

It's situated way out of town without much local night life, restaurants or bars with exception of a KFC, McDonald's and Burger King. Everything seems to close early there. The shopping centre shuts early, the bars in there shut early and the hotel has no facilities we were made aware of. You have to go to town, around a 30 minute walk.The room was very stuffy, no opening windows and the ventilation would only go 1.5 degrees lower than its set point. The fridge was warm too.

Location next to Lenzerheide ski area, spacious room, modern bathroom.

Very uncomfortable pillows, there is a coffee machine in the room but not the kettle to prepare tea. Hotel is classified as 4stars, however there is no additional facilities like sauna, swimming pool, wellness area.
