How clean the hotel was.
Excellent service!
Great location. Fantastic shower. Bed was super comfy.Staff was great. Breakfast and espresso delish. If you like crispy bacon you’re gonna LOVE the breakfast.
Walking distance to train station. Very convenient location if arriving from the Bernina Express train. Breakfast was very good with many food options available.

The hotel is located close to the train station but it has also available convenient parking slots. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the service was perfect. Highly recommended place to stay.
Location right next to train station. The huge shower in the room was a nice touch.
No made to order omelette at breakfast in a 4* hotel? Not acceptable.
Proximity to the train station, restaurants and shopping.
Room temperature was tough to regulate.
Well located for public transport. Great sized room and comfortable beds and bedding.
Lovely hotel across from the train station with comfortable modern rooms. Great breakfast. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also great value for the price.
Nothing to say here.
Great location, easy access to the train station and the town center.
Room was very basic, while it was very clean, it didn't feel like a 4-5 star luxury hotel.
Stayed for one night to catch the Bernina Express the following morning. It’s an immaculate hotel with delicious full breakfast provided. It’s literally 1 minute walk to the train station. Location is perfect.
Perfect location next to the train station. Staff held our luggage while we rode the Bernina Express. Beautiful room right next to the Christmas markets!
The hotel was fantastic, just a very short walk from the train station which made it the perfect stay for the Bernina express. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had great amenities like local shampoo, soap, and lotion. The breakfast was well-stocked and had a good variety of foods, including eggs, bacon, yogurt, and smoked salmon. The hotel gym was also clean and good for a quick workout. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing - we had a great stay
