The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

No mini-fridge or air conditioning in the room. Also a longer walk to the old town.

Exactly what it's supposed to be. A clean, functional budget hotel.

We can store the luggage before check in time. Staff is nice.

We booked 2 rooms and they provided connecting rooms for us. It's convenience. However one of them are strong cigarette smell from air condition. Even though we turn it off, the smell still flow in the room. Moreover facial sink's drain is not well maintained. The staff has to fix it with plunger.

Large bathroom. Large balcony, but wrong time of year for us to profit. Interesting pyramid shape of hotel with implications on room layout.

A minor issue: Make it clearer for guests arriving by foot where entrance is. We were told at McDonald's that hotel guests are frequently, like we did, asking them for direction to hotel entrance.

Comfortable, good check in, parking worked well.

Room rather small, breakfast nice, staff very nice, all in all it's over priced for what it offers I find and it is a bit dated, another reason for why I think the price is too high.

Rooms were clean & a/c. Small rooms but adequate. Beds very comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't good at Ibis. Had to go to town by bus to Kaffee Klatsch. Best breakfast, but even better customer service. The servers & owners were so attentive & the food & coffee were excellent!

Neat room with skylights.

We had not paid the breakfast upfront and I was there with my children to have the breakfast and we wanted to pay. The staff came and asked my daughter for her age. She didn't ask me because she thought I can say her age younger to not to pay the fee for her and she asked my daughter while my daughter couldn't understand her well. She asked 3 times.Then my wife came to meet us while she was having her own cookie at hand. The staff came and 2 times looked toward us sharply to show that she caught us that my wife didn't pay for breakfast. And imagine my wife even didn't sit.Then finally my children had not enough breakfast as the breakfast was not very standard breakfast, while we paid 11 euro for each!Then the staff again 2 times asked if my wife had breakfast and I said NO. Then she smiled to my wife showing she caught us, exactly that cheap!Then we started argument, she even didn't say sorry at last. And no one approached is to say soort from Ibis staff, that was even uglier.I never recommend ibis

Ricardo and Nazarene were very helpful and cordial. They made sure we were comfortable. Balconies with the nice breeze after a warm summer day was nice!

Secure parking for our motorbikes on an underground garage for an extra fee. They gave us a pass for the bus so we didn’t have to walk the 20 mins to downtown.

The renovations work on the McDonald’s woke us up in the morning.

I can’t believe there were no hand towels in the bathroom. When I asked for hand towels I was told in Switzerland Ibis don’t give hand towels only bath towels and very cheap and thin.

Staff is very friendly. Previously to my arrival they provided me with free bus tickets.

The room has a big balcony and the mountain view is amazing. Reception people are very nice.

The price and the balcony. Pleasant surprise, they offered free bus rides around the city during stay . Bus stop right outside :) Full size mirror, dresser table.

Location far from areas of interest and restaurants. Only Mcdonalds and KFC nearby. Car dealerships around the hotel. Tight space, big luggage cannot fit anymore. Shower floor was leaking .

The room was nice and a bus stop to the train station is almost right outside the door.

McDonald’s opens late and there are no restaurants near by that we saw if you chose to go out for breakfast. For dinner we made sure that we ate in town before returning here.

We thought the man who welcomed us to the hotel was quite sarcastic considering it was our first visit & we were unsure of buses, bus stops and trains
