Hotel Drei Könige

The fact the hotel is only a couple decades younger than the United States made it a really cool find. Being able to open the windows and look out over the street was convenient. Location was only a few blocks from the train station.

Elevator was a bit small but it was modified for a really old building. It was easy to miss the front door walking by.

Location and historic feel. Very friendly staff.

Good value for Chur. Breakfast was great just before walking to the train station to ride the Bernina Express. Having a shower in the room was very helpful.

Was a little more of a walk than was expected to the train station, but it worked out just fine.

Classic Swiss.We arrived on New Year’s Day when almost everything was closed. HotelStaff made several calls to find an open restaurant which accepted a reservation.

Tiny elevator and steps to get to reception.

Conveniently located near the train station and everything else.Clean, good bed, good shower, helpful attendants and an elevator to the rooms. There's no elevator to rhe reception desk on first floor though.

There was no place inside the shower to put the soap, but that was ok.

Everything. The hospitality, friendliness, and the place is nice and clean and near from the Old Town and Main Train Station.

Quiet and clean

Although we had a triple room booked for 3 people, they gave us a double room with two beds in the middle of the night. The person ın the phone said they can do nothing and have no other rooms. Only after arguing and shouting, then they gave us another room. And they said their booking system is not compatible with booking.com. Double check your booking via a phobe call before your arrival.

Very convenient location. Very clean. Great for solo travelers. They accommodated my request for early check-in.

Stairs to get to reception.

Location was great. Close to main shopping area. Christmas market. Railway station.

NO staff on site after 20.30 hrs at night. Had to let yourself in the hotel via pass key. Far to many steps to reception area on the fist floor. No assistance available.Difficult with heavyy cases.No lighting outside the hotel at night.

This is a, very nice hotel in a great location about an 8 min walk from the central train station. We were on the top floor overlooking one of the churches. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was a buffet with many selections.

The hotel has a flight of steps to the check in, and there is no other option. We were fine with our smaller luggage, but we saw others struggling with large suit cases.

the building is too old and it can benefit from a renovation, no lift-we struggled a lot with our suitcase. The girl on duty the next morning helped us carry our luggage downstairs and we're very thankful.

The hotel is close to the train station (10-15 mins. walk) to catch the early morning Bernina express alps tour.

We've stayed here several times and really like it. It's within walking distance to the train station and restaurants. The rooms have been updated since our last stay and the rooms are comfortable.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed - it is not owned by the hotel, but is attached so we were looking forward to eating there. Not the hotel's fault. We just ate nearby so it was OK.

Overall: 8/10. Location: 10/10; Amenities: 5/10; Communication: 10/10Very basic room but adequate. The location was excellent, a 10 min walk from the station through a very lively shopping district. There is also a Coop nearby. We didn’t have many options in Chur for our dates, so we made do.

Huge room

No elevator from.the street. Had to haul bags up two lamdings of stairs before reaching check in.

The hotel is very well located in the Old Town , just a short 7 min walk from the train station. The rooms are simple but spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds, bedding and pillows are excellent.
