Bed sheet not cleaned.Staff is ok but full of room is dirty with having bad smell.

Even though we paid for breakfast service. When we reached the hotel we discovered they didn't have breakfast facilities. We were told they don't do breakfast. After showing them our booking they said they would give us tea and toast in the morning.

Very dirty and filthy Hotel i have ever seen or experienced place like this.staff were full of lies,I went to ask for bath towel and one of the staff said towels are in laundry and we will bring it to your room soon but it never came.awfull smell in the room,smell was like if someone had died there.bed sheet and duvet was smelling very bad full of stain and dirty marks.toilet was really really dirty.,no soap,no handwash,shower was very dirty,no towels,no shower gell!!!!.No toilet tissues,dont even think to book it even if it's free.rather sleep on the footpath than booking this place.

Poorly maintained. The hotel name was different to that advertised. The rooms was not clean. Bathroom didn’t have towels or toiletries. The bed sheets were torn.

Pathetic experience, place looked shady with zero professionalism.

Pathetic experience. We reached the property to understand they could not find our bookings. For hours we were sitting at the entrance trying to sort the issue and the person behind desk was blank and offered no help. To our surprise when we called the contact number of property it took us to oyo hotel and it mentioned booking was auto cancelled.When contacted booking.com they mentioned there was issue with payment and so booking got cancelled. We were stranded at the property that looked shady with no board of the hotel advertised.We called booking and they too could not connect to the property.Frustrated we asked booking to cancel the booking and to our surprise the hotel next day tried to debit the money from our account stating no show.It was an absolute nightmare experience we had with this property, we lost peace of mind and time.
