Well located. Nice breakfast. Spacious & clean room. Comfortable.

Toilet had hangover of stale air - it did not go away even after using the exhaust fan continuously.

Nice rooms and hotel property

Parking area is not allotted properly and also the staff needs to be more focused on the customers during breakfast . Plus some areas are little stinky , so add air freshness wherever require to have a good feeling

I had booked from my credit card but they have not deducted the amount from the credit card. I have to pay from cash.

Pretty clean and well maintained rooms for a pleasant stay. Staffs were really helpful specially Priyanka, Subhashree. Thank you.

Everything was terrible from the moment I got there.My check in was at 2pm, I arrived at 3pm and the lady at the reception, name beginning with M, was completely clueless at her job! She couldn’t spell my name correctly to find my booking. After finally finding it, she asked me to sign into the book, and asked for my passport. She faffed around with my passport for 5 mins, I asked her what she was looking for and she said my immigration stamp of when I landed in India. I said let me help you but she said she’d find it. I even told her the date I arrived in India and she then found my Dubai stamp and argued with me that I arrived to India on that date. I said that’s Dubai, not India and took myPassport and showed her my India stamp which she was incapable to find.It then got worse when she told me my room wasn’t ready despite arriving to the hotel an hour after check in time. I had done an overnight 10 hour drive to Baruch and to then be told my room wasn’t ready was highly frustrating.Her colleague who was equally as incompetent and annoying then came and made matters worse.I asked for my room and finally at 3:30pm I was taken to my room to find the housekeeping staff still attempting to clean the room. No towels were given, I had to ask for it and same with toilet roll. No toiletries at all were given.I then asked the staff to not disturb me as I wanted to sleep.I attempted to sleep between 3:30-8:30pm in which 2 phone calls were made to my room from the reception despite me asking not to be disturbed. I was highly unimpressed.At night when I was attempting to sleep again, the housekeeping staff was constantly ringing my bell and banging on the door despite me ignoring him the firstTime at 11:15pm!!!The next day after I returned to my room at the end of the day, my room wasn’t cleaned! I asked the reception lady, same one whose name begins with M, as to why it wasn’t cleaned and she said because my luggage was in the room.

The people that work at reception are not good at their job. Always mixed messages and it is like they are not happy to have guest staying at the hotel

Stoff needs training,New hotel , Sims some finishing touch is still pending. They need an experienced manager immediatly.Seems housekeeping etc on subcontract. Absolutely new boys without any training..

Worst front staff, worst policies, worst rooms better of staying anywhere else than this place

Worst staff attitude zero concern for customer satisfaction. Horrible policies like after taking copy of passports and other travel documents they need a live photo of myself which i was not comfortable doing. I also needed two room cards and they said they cant provide that either even though there were two ppl staying in the room. Dont get me started on the rooms and building itself when i got up to the 4th floor there were no lights ! The room was disgusting smelly like public toilets stains on floors and bedsheets.

Food was great! Gym as well.

it has definately got a Location advantage but road signage direction to hotel was missing as google maps was showing further drop then actual drop location, Service staff was very helpful & cordial at al times, restaurant food was also nice & staff service was with a smile.

On Arrival at 4pm - Reception Lobby was HOTT & AC was NOT ON, untill we mentioned to switch it ON, Also seating needs to be improved for Senior citizens as it was very causal low + high tool seatings in lobby, Also documents collected for identification were asked only for Adhar card, which we were not comfortable sharing but ther was no option as thy insisted which thy cud have taken driver's liscense / voter Id card too cud suffice. Also wat was annoying was that visitors comin to meet were also asked for Adhar identification which is not case with other Hotels, Also Elevators were given only access by the staff & no control for the customer stayin there, so everytime staff had to be called to punch the floor one has to go, where waiting time got increased to reach rooms..Also rooms had HOTT PIPING WATER thruout the day which made difficult even to wash face / hav a shower & to Poop..This is not a complaint but suggestion to improve the facilities to re-visit again,,.

Staff attended and communicated in extremely unappreciated way. Behaviour of reception staff and manger was bad. Extremely unhappy with their service.
