    Pros +

    • The pods weren¿t too small and if felt private. Was comfortable enough and quiet.
    • The uniqueness, cozyness and how nice and clean it was.Very cool place to stay and it was affordable. Overall very good place
    • Seamless check in experience. Pretty good location. It's a classic hostel experience, pretty expensive for the service you get. The capsule itself was clean. There were lockers but you needed your own lock. There are snacks and water you can buy. Your experience may vary depending on how clean or dirty the roommates you get are.

    Cons -

    • I didn't realise until I arrived that the hotel was operated digitally and there wasn¿t a human interaction at check in. I¿m sure it said it somewhere in the emails but I missed it. Meant I couldn¿t drop my bags early. Apart from that it was fine.
    • The showers were quite small and put together with toilet. It was a hassle to get into but after a while we managed.
    • The bathrooms aren't great, there are curtains to separate the toilet from the shower but everything usually ends up wet anyways. There are three shower + toilets in the same room, with wood separators so it's not really private. The capsule walls are made of wood and not noise isolated so if somebody is being noisy in the common area you're going to hear it.

I rented two separate nights because I had to stay, the second day I had issues with the check in since I didn't get the code for my capsule until about 1 hour after doing the check in. The location is pretty cool, a few blocks away from the center. It's a classic hostel experience, pretty expensive for the service you get. The capsule itself was clean. There were lockers but you needed your own lock. There are snacks and water you can buy at a fair price. Your experience may vary depending on how clean or dirty the roommates you get are, but you can probably get a hotel for the same price.

The bathrooms aren't designed well, there are curtains to separate the toilet from the shower but everything usually ends up wet anyways. There are three shower + toilets in the same room, with wood separators so it's not really private. The capsule walls are made of wood and not noise isolated so if somebody is being noisy in the common area you're going to hear it.As I said, you're really dependent on how civilized the rest of the people staying in the hostel are.

Easy check-in, very quiet and everyone was really considerate. More of a place for digmads, but fulfills a good short term isolated need for a bed.

The bathrooms were cramped and the shower weirdly positioned. Water everywhere!

Capsule Ventilation was broken. I spent a night drenched in sweat and bad air and got maybe 2 hours of sleep. Staff comment : oh sorry but we can’t do anything. Hotel not suitable for business travel.

It is an inexpensive place to stay and be prepared for a small capsule to sleep in.

The common area by the kitchen does not have a couch or a comfortable place to hang out.

I had to be moved so they sent me to a different location. Don’t book if you don’t want to be moved around and no discount given for 4 nights stay after being moved. New location was good but I prefer other location due to less walking

Clean, quiet, good central location, shared kitchen with refrigerator . The hotel was very nice and accomodating for those on a lower budget.

The hotel management didn't send entrance code to us and 4 other guests. Another guest helped us get the info we needed to be able to get checked in, no answer to trying to get help from staff on phone. If it weren't for the help from other guest we would not been able to get in, therefore outside all night or get another room somewhere

The downstairs co-working space was often empty. The location was convenient for walking to Old Town Luzern.

This place felt like a scam. Apparently the company that runs it hires only interns and there is no staff onsite whatsoever, instead there are four sets of doors with codes to get through. Which meant that I and three other people were stuck out on the street with our luggage for almost an hour until one of us was sent the first of the series of codes. There were ads everywhere, including the bathroom, about investing in this capsule concept. The bathroom was three stalls that were combined toilet/shower/sink, so the floor was always wet. The capsules themselves, which in theory would provide a peaceful sleeping environment, had wooden walls so thin that you could hear everything outside. All of this meant that the price is outrageous for what you get. I wouldn't even pay a third of what I did.

I very much liked the privacy and how quiet it was. Everything was clean, and the location was convenient.

Great location, very comfortable and spacious capsules with adequate isolation. I had the best sleep of my trip there.

Check in was stressful with no staff on site. We arrived around 11pm knowing it is self-check in, however one of our capsules showed to be “not ready”, which I suppose was a technical error in the app because the capsule was indeed cleaned and ready. I waited for about half an hour worrying that I’ll be sleeping on the street. I tried to message the property with no luck before requesting my friend to help me call Booking customer service (I only have eSIM for data), then it was fixed; unsure whether it was a coincidence or customer service actually succeeded in reaching the property.

    It’s quiet and comfortable

    The code came late

I liked how easy it was to get in and how comfy the beds were.

The shower, sink, and toilet are all in the same stall so if you went to use the bathroom or just wash hands after someone had already been to the bathroom, everything was wet and covered in water.

    9HassibaPosted on: 4-24-2025

It felt like you almost was alone in the room, comfortable bed and location was ideal.

I would just gets a bit hot in the capsule

    6PremiumPosted on: 4-16-2025

All is ok , but bathroom so small .The most important is no air condition in calcule . If you not get used to , you will cant breath. Finally, i open capcule

3 RV type showers & toilet packed into the size of a public toilet stall. Really???

They put THREE RV type showers and toilets in a super small bathroom so if you took a shower, you would be splashing the person taking a dump 20" from you.

    6TobiasPosted on: 3-23-2025

The capsules were clean and rather modern. They were very accommodating, as soap, a towel and even earplugs were provided.

Nice place to stay. You can have private space in the capsule. I slept very well there. The design of the shower room is really nice and convenience.

The locker is too small for my luggage. The light in the shower turns off when you are taking shower, you need to open the door slightly to make it bright again. If someone's taking shower and you are next to there, your feet might get wet.
