- Location and self check-in
- The location was great for Luzern.
- Friendly staff, great vibe, nice place
Cons -
- There was construction which was loud and disruptive in the early morning hours. This was outside of the hotel?s control. There was also an issue with the plumbing which left us without hot water from 24 hours.
- The size of the room wasn?t horrible, but the fact theirs bunk beds you cannot fit through. Bigger luggage is a tight squeeze.
- Only complaint was the pillow was maybe the worst ever. Lol but everything else was outstanding
