Great property! Only stayed there one night but the hotel itself was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great with hot food options and location was good as well.

Wish there had been coffee in the room or in the lobby 24/7. We had a very early train to catch so had to miss breakfast.

Location was away from noise and bustle but within easy walk, breakfast was a nice and fresh variety, comfortable beds, small number of rooms

Shower doors did not seal so water all over floor. No AC so was warm in room until late night.

The lady at the reception was elderly and incredibly pleasant and friendly and welcoming. She was absolutely amazing!!!

We requested a room for 3 persons. We were told that the room we were in was the room able to accommodate our request. Our room was very quiet with a bonus of a beautiful view. The room came with a free delicious breakfast in the morning.

Wonderful breakfast and location! You are given a pass to use the bus system, which is helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful with questions about the area and attentive at breakfast. We had a special need for a room with an extra bed and they were able to accommodate that!

Everything. Our room was immaculate as was the breakfast room. Staff were so friendly and professional.

The breakfast is quite sufficient with some options. I think it is a huge advantage when you travel in Switzerland! The room was clean and warm during cold winter days. The bathroom was spacious and clean, as well. There is hot water 24/7. The location was perfect, and everything is within walking distance.The ladies at the reception were very helpful and informative. They even helped us get our tickets for Mount Rigi.

There is no minifridge in the room; it is a boutique hotel, so I understand. Yet, it could be an advantage.

The location is slightly off center. The rooms are a bit too spartan- has a dorm feel.

The location was exactly what we wanted- walking distance to the Christmas market area and plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of offerings. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view from our balcony. About 900m walk to train station. A lot of restaurants near by. Buffet breakfast was good, everything you could want for breakfast.

The service was amazing, staff was really helpful! They can arrange a taxi and attractions tickets at the hotel reception. Also good breakfast with a glass of Prosecco to add some celebration to your day

The hotel is in connection with a school, so the common areas feel more like a student dormitory rather than a luxury boutique hotel.

Everything was great, staff were very helpful, breakfast was very good. Room was really good.
