Great location, friendly staff, buffet breakfast.... It's great!

Tiny shower, no plugs by bed

Location was walkable to train and clean

No self service amenities such as coffee or tea maker, microwave, staff strict about water bottles only in room and not in restaurant. No to go coffee cups or early coffee for early train. In general felt more like a hostel than hotel

The hotel is beautiful and staff is great.

While the location is easily accessible it’s next to a main road and you hear traffic/cars and buses go by all night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok, and room was clean. Location is very good, it was close both to downtown and train station.

My room was located at 4th floor, but the elevator was only until 2nd floor. This was not actually that the elevator did not work, but, as far as I understood, the configuration of the building doesn't allow the extension of the elevator until the highest floor. It was a little trouble because of the luggage.

Everything was perfect loved my stay, perfect location right next to the bus stop comfortable bed clean washroom attentive staff and greqt value for money

The hotel is simple, clean, quiet, and welcoming. The breakfast is modest but delicious and well-prepared. I would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Catherine, the staff member in the hotel’s breakfast restaurant, for her warmth, constant smile, and unwavering readiness to provide any service with the highest level of quality.

The shower area in the bathroom is somewhat narrow

Very nice boutique hotel. A hidden gem . I love their breakfast buffet. Lot of foods to choose from . The staffs were very nice and friendly. Close to the train station and restaurants.

Staff was great, location is convenient and breakfast was superb.

Bathroom had a wonky glass door that swung out into the bedroom nearly touching the bed. Shower was very tight

Great location, kind & helpful staff, beautifully appointed and immaculate room and great buffet breakfast. We were able to easily walk 15 minutes from the train station to the hotel. Very convenient location to pop out and walk around Lucerne or along the lake. The front desk was kind enough to let us check in early. The breakfast had many delicious and fresh items to choose from. There was a gentleman making and serving great coffee per individual request.

Super charming, clean and welcoming. Dinner in the restaurant was also great.

The hotel is very quaint. The staff is exceptional. If you want to open the windows, it is possible. It is a short walk to the Altstadt and the Hauptbahnhof. There are not a lot of wall outlets but this wasn’t an a big issue for me.

Property was in a great location to walk to all the sites in Old Town. Lovely staff in both the reception area and restaurant. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Easy bus access to and from the train station.

Lights in bathroom were so bright

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious, very clean, and bathroom was nice and updated. Staff were friendly and the breakfast spread was very nice, changing a little bit everyday. Location felt safe, even at night.

There was a bit of noise from outside, which we know is to be expected in an older building in the city center. The art in our room was very strange and a bit risqué… may get interesting questions from curious children.

Your hotel is lovely with a good breakfast and a very good location. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

My only concern is that I paid more money to have a larger room but the room had no lighting and was quite dark at night. Other than that is is a very nice hotel.

The hotel was charming, updated, and very clean. The location was good. Breakfast was also good. The staff was excellent and really tried to accommodate our requests and needs.

It was warn during our stay. Hotel does not have a/c in the rooms, nor a ceiling fan. Our room didn't have any screens on the windows and only heavy curtains-- no sheers or shutters for privacy if we wanted to open the windows at night. The staff did provide us with a fan however we just couldn't get the room to cool down to a comfortable level.

The hotel, restaurant, and staff really made the trip to Lucerne special. The staff was so helpful, they helped book me a trip up Mt Rigi to go to the mineral baths, they brought coffee and food up to my room so I wouldn’t miss the football game, and the waitress in the restaurant remembered my coffee order after the first day. Felt very personalized and I really appreciated the experience they provided.

Great property! Our first time staying here. Very convenient. Great access to bus lines. Also reasonably quiet for the location. Breakfast was a wide variety of things, all excellent quality. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and would recommend. Absolutely loved the shower!! It was wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

The lighting in the room was not very bright.
