The bed was not comfortable,especially the bed added to My son,the bed was an Air bed,and I told it to hotel staff about the bed ,but he said they had only this bed,the staff was not helpful,also cleaning was not good,they even didnt replace My used glass

Very clean with plenty of space for 3 adults. Central location with easy access to attractions/restaurants, etc.

Front desk staff was very competent, but not exceptionally welcoming. Other hotels we stayed in in Europe provided water daily; this hotel did.

The unit was nice, it had a washer/dryer combo. We were on the third floor, so there are a lot of stairs, but we were also slightly more isolated from any street noise, we had to keep the windows open to cool the unit at night. However, see comments below on windows.The unit was centrally located to most sights, and an easy walk from the train station. It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the apartments that are also run by the hotel across the street, where we checked in.We booked this last minute once we determined we would be able to travel due to Covid Rule Changes in Switzerland in early September, and having to cancel at another apartment with a river view. It was nice to have some daily service to change towels, empty trash and supply additional coffee and/or tea pods as needed for the coffee machine. It was easy to use WhatsApp to contact the front desk for any other needs.

We checked in and after unpacking, we could not get the small drum washer to work. We went to the reception in the hotel across the street, and they informed us the washer was broken in that unit. We were given another unit, one floor up and the small front loader washer/dryer combo unit there was nicer and worked fine once we figured it out.Moving to the other apartment was a bit of a pain, they offered to help, but we did it ourselves. Not sure why they did not have the washer fixed in the first unit, or gave it to us that way. Once moved, everything was great in the second apartment, and we actually liked the slightly different layout better. The only other slight complaint was that there was a fondue restaurant across the alley from the side our our building with the only large windows we had, and the workers smoked and talked outside in the alleyway, and at times we got cigarette smoke smell in our apartment window we had open for ventilation. As their booking site says, there is no A/C in the unit, so the windows being open in the early fall timeframe was a requirement for fresh air and ventilation. Just glad we were not lower down closer to the level of the alleyway.

Not easy to find in car (google map not helping). No parking around.

Location, comfort, cleanliness, all the amenities you need. Great that it's affiliated with the hotel as the hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful.

There is no elevator and the stairs are just awful. The shape of the stairs makes climbing with luggage even more challenging. Also the key for all doors is one and the same. For 4 days the apartment hasn’t been vacuumed and the bed sheets remained the same.

The location was fantastic. The car wallet is great. The kitchen is well equipped.

We stayed in the "comfort" apartment which is one big open space with double bed and two sofa beds. A wall between the living and the bedroom area would be necessary so adults can stay up once the kids go to sleep, or would be more privacy in case of 4 people. In the other hand at the check out I was charged twice as much city tax (48CHF) than it was stated in the booking confirmation (24CHF).

Spacious, clean, comfortable in a historic building. Although in the city center, the apartment is quiet. There is a washing machine which may come handy if you stay a bit longer. I liked the opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel.

The kitchen is equipped to a basic level. Even salt or pepper needed to be purchased. There is no dish washer.

Lot of space and very clean

Smart TV without possiblity to use it. Lift is also necessary.

The apartment is nice, modern style in an ancient building. All facilities worked well.

The kitchen is rather sparsely supplied If you would kickte to prepare a proper dinner (eg ni kitchen knives, no salad bowls etc.). However the basics are there.
