We loved everything, the room was comfy, the attention was awesome, the breakwwas so good, we loved it

It was in a great spot, central to the train station and made getting around very easy.

The room had ceiling tiles falling down, there were exposed wires for the fan above the shower. I felt it was unacceptable for the star rating but even more unacceptable for the price. $---- should be a great experience...this felt more like an $----/night.

Bathroom was a horror - tub was from the 70s, there was mold in the ceiling. Ugh !!

1 star; there is no way this should be a 3 star hotel !

Ended up on a different hotel due to double booking of this hotel. Staff helped us though

We had an AMAZING stay here. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Lake Lucerne and the bridges. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded us last minute and gave us a balcony! All information regarding times, WiFi, etc was given to us very clearly. The breakfast was incredible. We had so many options - meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, breads. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Lucerne.

1. Breakfast was perfect. 2. The staff were kind and helpful. 3. The location was excellent. 4. The room was good, except for the smell of smoke — it seemed like someone had smoked before us. 5. Due to road renovations nearby, parking wasn’t available at the property. We had to find another parking spot, which cost us 30 CHF.

Noise from street and other doors on the floor very loud. Might stay away if you are a light sleeper.

The bathroom was extremely small. It had a hole were you supposed to take a bath so it was almost impossible for someone tall. Everything looked old and about to break. Extremely loud at night due to noisy neighbors and staff was not helpful.

Room only ready after 4 o'clock. Check in incomplete with a whole second check in required after coming back from walk because of delayed room. one member of Staff surly. Benefits paid for unable to be used because was informed too late. Should have informed us on first check in. Bathroom poor with no upgrade effort in decades.

The staff were super friendly

The hotel room we were put it was basically a dorm room. Super small and the room was unbearably hot! It was 29C even with the fan on. Our friend also stayed at the hotel. Single occupancy and given a room twice our size.
