    Pros +

    • Loved our stay - convenient , quiet, and safe location, layout was great, beautiful area, close to restaurants and the Lake, and when the windows were open the bells from the church nearby were beautiful!
    • Check-in process was easy; Great location to all sight-seeing locations; Incredibly wonderful room; Easy check-out process.
    • It was clean and modern. We loved the patio off of the bedroom.

    Cons -

    • No - we loved it!
    • Hard to get into the check in area, but easy after that.
    • Getting into the building was difficult. I spoke with a nice gentleman later and he said a code was sent, but we were never able to find it. Luckily, after you check in the room key opens the front door. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and updated.

The location was a short walk to old town. The room had a fan and was very spacious. The room was clean and had a lovely patio to sit on during the day.

I was a little nervous booking a self-checkout hotel with no front desk staff, but if you follow the instructions the hotel provides (and don't forget the four-digit reservation code they send you), check-in was a breeze. The location was lovely -- slightly set off from the busier tourist areas of the city, but a quick five or ten minute walk to them. And the room itself far exceeded my expectations: It was roomy, stylish, and comfortable, complete with a small sitting area, tv, skylight, and high quality oscillating fan. Furnishings were very nice, and internet was fast and easy to connect to. When I did have a problem, a quick WhatsApp message to the hotel was immediately responded to and the issue resolved almost instantly.

I do miss having a front desk and 24-hour staff, but I quickly got over that...also, USB/USB-C chargers in the room would have been nice, but I honestly didn't see those in ANY hotels I stayed at in Switzerland, so perhaps it is not to be expected. I was hesitant to rely on the luggage lockers in the lobby, as I had read online that they had been broken in the past, so I left my bags in a locker at the train station...which worked out great, but still...

Huge apartment, good for family travelling with kids.Good value also to subtitute high cost if eat in the restaurant because the have fully equipped kitchen supplies, so you can cook especially in the winter.

    Nothing its All perfect

    Beautiful and clean!!

Easy to find and in the heart of the city! Walking distance to the train and restaurants.

The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved having an outside space with the balcony. The building was in great condition, the location was perfect, and the building was very secure. The rental agency was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I've stayed in Luzern 5 times, in five different places and this apartment is the one I will return to over & over.

There was construction going on early in the mornings which wasn't a nice way to wake up.

    Location and room facilities

Self check-in process is complicated so not easy, the main door lock had issues for everyone staying at the time, communication with their staff was difficult, and for the price of this place it should have all been better. I tried to pre book street parking for my camper van which failed miserably and i ended up paying €250 for parking in Lucerne for 2-3 days on top of expensive unmanned room. Note to anyone with a vehicle taller than 1.8M be very very very careful as there is almost no parking in or near the city centre for anything bigger than this, as the car park next door to Glandon rooms has a height restriction of 1.9m but they dont tell you this, and when guests try to book street (blue zone) parking it cannot be pre-booked well in advance, and if you have no data connection due to the huge cost of data roaming your in trouble unfortunately because by the time you get into the room it could be too late, as the room support people are not that helpful when there is a problem. I will not stay here again for these reasons

I made my own and liked it. Liked the kitchenette layout and equipment. Clen, functional bathroom,

Too little space between end of bed and storage closet.

    Everything was great!

Helpful staff but room wasn't great other than bathroom. Felt underground and just sparse and location was odd by a parking garage - felt unsafe

Location sketchy - felt underground - dark hallways smelled old carpet

Great, cosy studio apartment in excellent location, quiet. Was good to be able to cook in and relax in larger space than hotel room.

Kitchen area could be a little better equipped but overall adequate for making small meals.

    7LorinaPosted on: 9-29-2025

Good location - short walk from the train station. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. Though we didn't pay for a kitchen there was one in the room with a usable fridge, sink and coffee machine. They even left a few treats!

The room had a cathedral ceiling with one skylight and one window. Needed to climb onto a ledge to open/close the window. Not the worst thing but some might find it awkward.

Great location with an easy walk to the old town, train station and piers on the lake. Every room has a private bath, living room and kitchen. We rented 3 rooms for our family of 6 adults which worked out well. Check-in was very easy. The units are new, clean and very stylish with blackout curtains. We faced a main street but it was not noisy when we were there. We did have the windows and blinds closed at night.

There is no A/C but that was not a problem for us in September. There is a large floor fan in each unit but it would probably be wise for the owners to A/C units to the rooms for warmer weather.

I liked the location and safety of the facility

There were no ac , and no parking spaces for the residents, I had to pay 120 - 130 Swiss francs just for parkings.

Excellent location, spacious room, nice amenities, and nice outside terrace space.
