Did not like breakfast and bed was not comfortable. Had a mountain view but it was across the street with parking lot and then mountain view Over priced for what you get...did not like the food either

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant Focus Atelier really amazing. Breakfast on the terrace fantastic.

At the check in they didn’t let us know the breakfast is included. It was well corrected later on.

This hotel has been by far the most unique and amazing experience ive ever had away from my home. The staff are world class. Views are incredible. Swimming in the lake during a hot summer day was also very nice. Thank you again for having me.

The absolute best things were the view, and the food quality - especially breakfast. The bread, Grand Cru cheese, fig mustard, were the best examples I had across other fine Swiss hotels and restaurants.

The pillows weren't that supportive. The shower stall was very narrow, and the doors flimsy (the sealing trim on one of them fell off. The room cooling wasn't that effective - and I'd worry about staying there in the hotter summer.But the only glaring issue about my stay I felt was the visibly exposed toilet in the bathroom so there was no privacy. in fact, with no doors anywhere in the suite there was no possibility for privacy anywhere.

Beautifully located hotel right next to the lake. The facilities are exceptional, with a wonderful outdoor infinity pool (heated of course) being one of the highlights. The suites are spacious and offer amazing views of the lake and the snow-capped mountains. The Atelier restaurant combines sublime dishes with excellent service in a refined setting infused with natural light.

The hotel is without fault.

In absolute awe of everything at Park Hotel Vitznau. The room, the service provided by employees, the amenities, the spa, the pool, the location, the views…literally no words to describe this place except for “perfection”. Don’t think, just book it. Rich because I saw this place with my own eyes!!

This is one of the best hotels out there. From the very start the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was absolutely stunning and the food was 10/10. It's located in a cute/quiet town. It's absolutely perfect for a Christmas holiday!

Beautiful property with magnificent lake and mountains view. Very friendly staff. Our suite was amazing and complementary drinks were a nice treat. 3 great restaurants at the hotel. Excellent Spa and pool.

Michelin star restaurant wasn’t open every day, rebooking or restaurant reservation cancellation has a cancellation fee.

Room interior design, really not much space due to strange location of furniture and soft mattress, did not sleep well

I proposed to my girlfriend here, the staff were incredibly helpful arranging a photographer for me. Upon arrival we were given a full tour of the property and all questions were answered.

Everything!! We loved our junior suite, spa, staff, property and views! It was everything that we hoped it would be!! This hotel is pure luxury in every sense! So much attention to detail and making guests have a memorable experience! The staff is truly top notch in every fashion, catering to your every wish! They picked us up upon arrival from the boat, dropped us off to the cogwheel for Mt Rigi, picked us up, and dropped us off at the train station, even walking us up to the platform and helping us with our bags! Upon entering our room, there was a written note welcoming us, along with some snacks! Our suite had everything we ever wanted in it, including complimentary fridge stocked with wine, champagne and beer! We loved that our suite had a great sound system with speakers!! The bed was super comfy! The spa was spectacular! 3 stories and all the amenities! My massage was so relaxing, and the infinity pool was amazing, backing up to views of the lake! We also really liked the complimentary breakfast! It was delicious! This property is one of a kind… a fairytale!

My husband and were not thrilled with dinner. It just wasn’t like a typical nice dinner in the USA, which was expected.

The location is great, the spa facilities are nice.The fish tank with all the exotic fishes and corrals is a nice touch.The meat at the "Grill" restaurant was very good.

Upon my arrival there was no one to greet me or take my luggage.The room was dated with old furniture from the 70s, the over all cleanliness in the room was not great. We could see the dust on the coffee table and the corners of sinks in the bathroom had mold. Which is unacceptable for the hotel with 5+*

Absolutely everything, they gave us an upgrade to the master room with view to the lake. It was the best birthday gift ever. Thanks a lot!

Nothing, everything was very luxurious

The location on the lake is unbeatable. The views, the spa, the pool, the garden etc are incredible. The hotel itself is a bit “old fashioned” in its design but clean and functional. The staff is helpful for hiking tips and bookings.

It is a stunning place but the service is a bit transactional and “cold”. Breakfast in the garden is wonderful but was never ready, always short staffed and in general everything including drink or food orders (incl. room service) was just slow and below what you would expect from a place like this…

Stunning location and absolutely gorgeous property on the lake! Fabulous spa!!

Our rooms bathroom was way below standard in terms of privacy and functionality! Shower had a lousy curtain that stuck to you every time you took a shower and no way to use the handheld with getting water ALL over the bathroom floor! NO doors to the bathroom… just and open walkway so no privacy whatsoever if taking a shower or just wanting to let partner sleep in longer without fully exposed to the bathroom! For $1800.00/nite it was the worst room of our 10 day trip and it should have been the best!

Beautiful property, very nice rooms with generous free minibar service, very friendly and proactive staff, excellent breakfast. The heated pool with lake views is a major highlight.
