Reception on first floor was sad and lacked amenities.

I made last minute changes to arrive early and contacted the hotel for an earlier booking- 2 nights rather than 1-which they accommodated promptly and efficiently. Hotel employee was fantastic. My traveling companion was challenging. But the staff was professional

No. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone. I have 20+ years in hotel/restaurant management and even i may have lost my cool with my traveling companion's behavior (as i did several times during our trip) but your staff was exceptional dealing with her.

5 minutes walk to the bride and great restaurants. Less than 5 min walk to the train station.

Techno music from bar went on until 2 am. We called at 11 pm and they assured us it would end by midnight.

The staff was not welcoming at all, not surprised to see a 5 stars hotel with such a low rate.The hotel is super old, I guess it would get -2 stars if they checked it again.

We spent an enjoyable 3 days in Lucerne. The hotel service was very good

The bed is too large for the room and unnecessarily large for 2 people. A regular king size would be fine and would give more space to move around.The sheets/duvet could not be pulled up which meant I had to move down the bed and could not get comfortableThe bathroom is very small but ok for a short stay

Music too loud on Friday and Saturday. Impossible to rest I was on 3 floor and still listening. Restaurant Pacifico extremely expensive. Nobody helps with the luggage. First thing the receptionist told me was breakfast not included. He should say something about the benefits of the hotel. HotelI stayed at this hotel recently and had a few concerns that I think are worth mentioning. First, the music in the hotel was unbearably loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Even though I was on the third floor, the noise made it impossible to get any rest.The restaurant, Pacifico, was extremely overpriced, and I was disappointed by the overall value. Also, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.When I checked in, the first thing the receptionist mentioned was that breakfast wasn't included, but it would have been more helpful if they had taken the time to inform me about the hotel's amenities and benefits instead.Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory, and I hope the management considers these issues for future guests.

Clean spacious room, amazing and helpful staff, yummy breakfast! Close to town and a calling distance to main attractions.

Location was amazing, private parking spot was amazing. Room was upgraded which also was amazing.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. Rooms were nice, beds were a bit hard but still comfortable. A little out of town but very walkable.

Gym was minimal.

Some TV channels were not working, and we reported this on our first day and we were told that they were looking into it and that they would get it fixed. After staying in the hotel for 5 nights, they still did not fix the problem.When we arrived with our luggage there were no Porters to help us with our luggage. For a 5* Hotel, we would at least expect some help.The windows in the room are openable but they need to have some sort of stay on them as they fully open into the room which is not practical or safe.This Hotel has no baths in the rooms.

Staff is excellent, good sized room, great location. Great big large televisions.

Our room had a rubberized mattress protector that makes a racket if you toss and turn. I understand why it's needed but other hotels have figured it out so there must be a solution. We removed the rubber cover the second night and put the top sheet over it. Rooms are large with new flooring but the hotel hallways smell old. This being said I would stay there again. Staff (exceptional) location and price point were very good.
