  • This hotel was so cute! It was a bit far from city center (20 minute bus ride), but the bus stops there pretty frequently. The hotel exceeded my expectations, but I think the thing that really set it off was the customer service. FANTASIC Customer Service
  • The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. It was very convenient for catching the bus to Lucerne. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included!
  • Excellent location! Short bus ride to Lucerne. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good!

Cons -

  • Only difficulty was that the elevator didn¿t go to the floors with the rooms, so we still had to take the suitcases on some stairs.
