This was our third stay at this property and it never disappoints. The rooms are really nice, the beds very comfortable, the buffet breakfast excellent and generous. This time we booked the room with dinner included too, which was also good, but not quite as amazing as breakfast. The lobby and the spa area are both nice too. Excellent wifi throughout the hotel.

We didn't realize when we booked the room with the dinner option that we would have to make reservations for a specific dinner time each day and sometimes, by the time we went to make those reservations, our preferred time was not available. Unless we missed it in the fine print during the booking process, I wish the hotel had made this extremely clear during the booking process, since it was somewhat inconvenient to not just be able to show up and have dinner within the entire three-hour timeframe.

Spa area and Aufguss was amazing.

Lovely modern hotel, in a beautiful location. Ten min walk to the ski lift or the bus stop to other lifts. Room was great and had lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast had lots of options. We had half board and the food was really good every evening and most of the staff were really good. Perfect place for a ski trip.

The room was very warm. We countered this by opening the window but even then it was warmer than we would have liked. Also, bit of a weird one but some of the lights in the restaurant are super bright and they shine right in your eyeline when you’re trying to eat at night. You can move seats but then you end up facing the person on the next table which is a bit awkward.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Rooms were spacious and with a great view.

A pool was missing in the wellness area. Some of the staff members were very impolite.

Amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and very quiet rooms. We were opposite a hallway door that slams shut and couldn’t hear anything.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

We came by road bike with minimal luggage. We appreciated having the bike room for storage.

We had minimal luggage and only flip flops, which were not so welcome in the restaurant of a 4* hotel. I understand this.

The only positive comment I give to Bence from the restaurant. He was the only person who provided a good service.

- No help from the staff received.- we were told we cannot have dinner at the hotel restaurant because it’s fully booked. Note - it was not the truth. - the lady at the reception called a taxi for us and assuming we don’t understand German said literally “2 girls are causing travel drama” - only because we asked for help. No suggestion, no alternative, basically you are on your own and no one cares about any decent level of the service.

Location is great, hotel is new and clean, bar is open till late and you can enjoy drinks there, breakfast was great.

Only the pillows were not the best.

Recently renovated building, good location (walking distance to everything), really nice Spa and awesome restaurant. Another plus is that you can use the local swimming pool free of charge.

Claudia from the front desk. We were several rooms and everyone had a bad experience with her. The worst is how she treats the other employees from the front desk (even in front of guests!!) - making them feel small and dumb. You can see that they are scared. Processes of checkin is complicated and inflexible, requesting data that's not needed. Pity these the restaurant was full because of the golfing, but that was our own fault. Also we weren't aware that the pool doesn't belong to the hotel, but at least there was free entry. No AC in gym.

Staff, food was good.

Could have been cleaner, the concept itself needs a bit of a refresh: though the reception area was modernized quite well, the hotel still radiates a vibe of a 70s-80s mass, all-inclusive venue with some modern furniture and paint thrown on it.

High standard service. Attention to small details. Very good spa/sauna-area. Quality food. Access to outdoor pools next door. Free parking.
