The property is very clean, comfortable beds. Parking is secure. 30 minute walk into Dole.

very friendly staff, clean rooms, good location, recommend!

A good hotel for just 1 night

room too small - breakfast incomplete (no eggs - a cheap product but common and appreciate in the morning)

We've stayed here many times before when it was hotel Eric and the last time was 6 years ago. There has been a great improvement in the standard of the facilities since then and we were very happy with everything. The staff were very helpful too.

Room was very small, but everything was avaialable for a one night stopover. Easy check in. Room was warmand comfortable on arrival.

As i said, would have liked a bit more room to move around

Great breakfast and friendly staff, great location for a stop over travelling to the Alps

All good

Very pleasant staff. A confident welcome and a clean and pleasant environment.

All fine.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water.

Nothing-it was all great.

Room was small, but clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. Loved the furnishings and the breakfast was good!

The location was in an industrial looking area, not what I expected.

Newly refurbished , nice clean rooms & very helpful staff

Na

Good parking, Air con in rooms. comfortable beds good WiFi.

breakfast was limited.

Staff is very friendly & helpful, the hotel has a pool (although we did not use it), nice dining area, nicely renovated washroom

Although it is newly renovated, the parking area is in a bad shape (pot holes, fence broken) and our room seemed quite small (maybe like 3x3 meters) considered what I paid (130 EUR!!) just big enough to fit the twin beds and have a little space left.maybe my expectations were too high as I have stayed in Best Western before and was expecting something better

The warm welcome and the pool. Rooms were clean and nice bathroom.

The pool was nice. That’s it

Everything elseRoom tiny no safe no fridge. Towel’s threadbare Breakfast was rubbishLocation…. It’s in the middle of a run down industrial estate

Comfy bedding and quiet place for a cozy and relaxing night. Perfect overnight stay to discover the surroundings and discover the Jura region. Staff members are friendly and polite.

Nothing comes to my mind. We had a very pleasant stay. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

It was a stopover with a little visit to the town, so it served well the purpose. Dog friendly place, friendly staff, parking is ok, the room was also nice and modern.

The breakfast was a little bit basic, only the boiled eggs served as warm breakfast.

Easy to reach hotel just outside the pretty center of Dole. Plenty if free parking. Staff was friendly, beds comfortabel, room clean.

We had an excellent stay. The facilities were great, but really, this was such a good place as your staff were superb. Available, responsive, kind and friendly. Perfect stay if you are passing through France with a family. You are already on holiday.

Nothing at all.

The room was small, but very clean, and air conditioned which was very welcome. The pool was just outside the door, also clean and plenty of deck chairs. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate.
