Setting is beautiful

It was well removed from attractions. We had a rental car and had to park at the resort entrance and wait for a golf cart to take us to our room. Also to get back to the car or the hotel lobby.

The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful mountain views. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt very relaxing.Special thanks to Mr. Toto, who helped me a lot during my stay. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. His service made my stay even more comfortable.

Some parts of the hotel feel slightly old and could use small improvements. The breakfast was fine but could offer more variety.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet and a wonderful shuttle service into town Guest relations manager David went above and beyond in helping us locate and take us to local medical facility

Nothing to not like. Everything was great

breakfast had good variety.we were on half board package. the menu were limited and repeated, but portions were too big.the spa was good with nice environment and good massage skill

The towels provided were old and some were even torn.House keeping service were slow. I went back room at 4pm and the room was not done . Called for service twice, then the cleaner came. but jus took 10 minutes to tidy bed and change towels

Very peaceful, perfect for having young children with swimming pools, terrace / balconies for the evening after they sleep, organic farm and animals and a bit out of town so feel like you’re in nature. Free shuttle was quite regular.

Getting a bit dated, quite of a lot of things starting to not work and are quite worn, including the shower and bath taps which only had trickles of boiling water many times, meant we had to call technicians many times to be able to shower. Limited English of some staff made it a bit hard to communicate certain needs (although know we are in a different country so do have some sympathy). Service was always pretty slow.

Lovely room and beautiful complex. Just stunning. A little bit further out than other hotels but the free shuttle to and from the main centre meant this was no issue, was a short trip. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond.

Stunning location. Property had tremendous possibilities if owned and managed by the right people.

The top and middle Mainland Chinese management from Front Office to F&B. No sense of direction or help given to the local Laotian staff who clearly needs help handling guests during peak season. Understaffed. Not a single executive members seen during peak breakfast period but can be seen dining and sitting down in a group having meal together while the Laotian team members were hustling doing service. No common sense and clearly taking advantage of local staff. At one point, a male Chinese manager at the Front Office was yelling at his team in front of me just because the staff could not find my booking in the system.

We returned to this resort after five years, and overall, we were not disappointed. The location is amazing and whoever designed this resort, knew what they were doing. It's the best place to relax and unwind - one of the best for doing so I have ever found. The hotel restaurant is also great as well as reasonably priced. So, overall, we were very happy and will return.

However, we noticed a very clear decline in customer care standards since the last time we visited. Arrival welcome was rather poor, staff often did not greet us when they met us, and the send-off was also sub-standard. Often the reception did not pick up the phone. This is not really acceptable for this price and level. I think the main problem here is at the managerial level: we never met the manager, and it was clear that in comparison to 5 years ago there has been a visible decline in standards. Back then (2019), there was a very active French manager who would go around the resort checking that everything was good. This time, we haven't even met the manager. So we would recommend a new manager to this place because all staff are nice but often did not know what to do and were a little lost. Accor group, put your acts together, because this is a lovely resort and deserves to be run properly.

Nice luxury hotel. Was a treat to be there. Great facilities and room. Great relaxing environment.

Very expensive! you have to prepare to pay a premium price to stay there!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was quiet and peaceful which was exactly what I was looking for.

・The reason I chose this hotel was because I wanted to relax in the bath. However, there was no hot water. They responded immediately and I was able to enjoy it once, but the temperature of the water was not consistent. The shower in the morning was not hot either. It was disappointing because the reviews about the bath were good. ・I could hear my neighbors snoring in the middle of the night, luckily there was a speaker next to my bed so I listened to music while I slept.

Beautiful rooms and public spaces, great location, friendly staff.

Staff are very responsive and proactive. The private pool is the biggest private pool I’ve ever seen in a resort hotel. It’s relaxing to swim in the private pool with the sun during day time, the stars during night time, and the beautiful sunset. Cute cats.

reception: some do not understand very good english.the free shuttle to luang prabang: perfect but to return they forgot it - we had to call. but you can take a tuctuc for 5 dollar.

We were very satisfied with the view, the staff and the dinner.

The coffee provided in the room was not that great considering the rank of the hotel, the fruit was a little spoiled, and the bathrooms etc. were not very clean, which was disappointing.

All staff was extraordinary, especially David. We traveled with our son, 8 months, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Property in away from the crowded area. Set in a lovely quiet part of the town amongst rice fields.

Territory,.spirit of place. However it is time to renew some parts. And breakfast shall be improved, it was not very good.

Incredibly luxurious property built in a rice paddy on the edge of Luang Prabang. It feels like a private oasis back in time. Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, balconies, wonderful bathroom with huge bath tub. Three pools, multiple restaurants, beautiful spa, option classes/experiences on site. Staff was very attentive.

The location is somewhat isolated, you can’t walk just to town, but there are frequent shuttles. You can also hire a taxi or scooter.

Location is ok. Serene and relaxing. Shuttle bus service is good.

Seems very short handed. Cleaness is unsatisfactory.
