Pros +
- Staff was very nice. Great location and nice rooms. Wish we'd spent more than 1 day.
- The proximity to the river, night market, temples, and restaurants was fantastic. The morning breakfast was filling and had decent options to choose from. The staff was super helpful.
- The room was extremely spacious, clean and well taken care of. Would stay again and highly recommend!
Cons -
- The water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot so there was no such thing as taking an”hot shower”.
- A musty smell in the room and the temperature was cold...but overall a very comfortable room.
- Bed was too hard even for people who like firm mattresses. Coffee during breakfast was too local (I couldn’t drink it)

The facilities overall were very good, location good too….. but the staff were exceptional, particularly lady young who was amazing in her manner, very caring and considerate and accommodated our every need; she is an absolute credit to the team and a first class ambassador for the hotel. Thank you so much.
