Good value and location. Very pretty and spacious rooms. The staff was very helpful and arranged a lsst minute train station pick up for me.

Like many hotels in the area, the rooms can be a bit noisy with outside noise.

Nothing, really

Jessica is the best hotel manager. From the check in time to the end of our stay, she greeted us with her happy smile and attended to the details of our group. She is knowledgeable about the locals, flexible in booking the our day tours. Our stay was smoothly and we had a wonderful time at Luang Prabang with her help.

The limited choice of breakfast if you’re staying for more than few days.

The staff are very nice helpful and informative, the room was great: comfy and good AC. Its in a quiet part of town in a very good way in our view.

The WIFI is unstable.

Booked a room with terrace, it was spacious. Location is walking distance to all tourism spots. In front of the hotel there is restaurant that always crowded: bamboo garden. Else, there is a street vendor around the corner selling local breakfast and lunch. The hotel provides all services incl transport n tour service. Parking lot for ebike is nearby too, ebike is operated via qr code, and has dedicated parking lot.Breakfast was good too, with local fruits.

This place was exceptional. Ms. Jessica, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and delicious. Also, it is a reasonable walking distance to the main street in the city center. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to that city. (There is nothing that I disliked about the place.)

The breakfast was great, so was access to tea, coffee and water at all times. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The lights in the room were really weird. It took many tries to get the bathroom light working. Also, what is said to be a terrace, balcony is some chairs on the hallway, no privacy whatsoever and it usually is used for all the cleaning supplies during the cleaning hours.

Jessica (the receptionist/manager) was very friendly and very helpful. She arranged a tour for us and transfers to the railway station.The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. All in all, excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Vongprachan. Jessica, the hotel manager was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a great bonus. So close to the night market and shops with a lovely restaurant across the road. Highly recommend!

Great place to base and breakfast was great!The only thing I would recommend is changing the AC, it was cold but do make some noise. Bring earplug if you are light sleeper.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The lady who was managing the accomodation was very nice and offering various services.

Central location

A bit disappointed with the ‘micro’ location; it is tugged away in a bag alley and has no nice colonial charm to it; weird squeezed common area; front house seems to be used by staff and as a storeroom

Jessica was super helpful organising pick ups, tours, giving recommendations and booking tickets. Nice place to stay and in easy reach of everything.

The hotel is very good value for money with an excellent location and outstanding staff. It is an older building constructed, mostly of aged wood, giving it a very comfortable and authentic feel breakfast is included, but could be better.

We were happy with our 2-night stay at Luang Prabang Maison Vongprachan. This small hotel is of good quality and provided excellent value. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious enough. The wifi worked well, and we enjoyed the breakfast selections. Jessica was very helpful, orienting us to Luang Prabang, answering our subsequent questions, and arranging for our local transportation.
