    Pros +

    • Best location. Very Near to Night market, Mekong river, royal palace etc. Good and friendly Host.
    • Very centrally located guest house, with friendly staff and rather modern rooms.
    • Amazing location - close to the market, main street and pier, but also very quiet. Host was nice and accessible even if his English is basic (Google Translate helps). Breakfast wasn't anything special but nice enough. Everything was clean and laundry service was fast and efficient. We took their shuttle service to Nong Khiaw which is reasonably priced.

    Cons -

    • The electronic door locks didn't allow the doors to close without slamming them, and the walls are a bit thin (nothing like being woken up at midnight to people arriving at the next door room to be then kept up with noise - furniture moving (?), loud spitting/throat clearing (?), shower running, etc.) Thankfully they only stayed a night.
    • Breakfast
    • No view, very bland and repetitive breakfast. Very small room. Place to keep shoes downstairs is not very secure (this is an issue in places that require shoes off inside the building as it's not uncommon for good shoes to be stolen).

Excellent location and decent price, although I expected more for the price. Nice cat.

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious room.Tasty breakfast and location is a plus!

We had a very nice 4 night stay. The location really is perfect: close to the night market and an easy walk everywhere you need to be. They have all kinds of activities and transportation options posted on the wall and can be booked easily. Laundry service is on-site and is done quickly. Even though the room is small, the bed is comfortable and the A/C works great. For the price we paid for the room, I was happy with the breakfast choices as well as being able to have water, coffee, and tea all day long. What sets this place apart from other guesthouses is Giang at the front desk. She was so kind and accommodating. She booked several train tickets and the waterfall transport for us. She really cares about her guests and is easily reached by WhatsApp if she is not at the desk. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The room we stayed in could use a more hooks to hang things since the space is small.

This charming and unpretentious guesthouse offers a comfortable stay within easy walking distance of Luang Prabang’s main attractions. What truly sets it apart, however, is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff—especially Giang, whose thoughtful gesture of preparing and delivering homemade cold brew after noticing my fondness for coffee exemplified the kind of personal touch that makes a place memorable. I would return without hesitation.

This hotel is a real value. Over expectation. Staff is always there and helpful. Good breakfast. Other service available. Location is in the very center.

Great location and good A/C. Very pleasant and helpful staff made you feel welcomed.

Only complaint was a non-compliant shower head.

    10AnnaPosted on: 5-22-2025

Best part of staying here was the location and Giang, the very happy front desk lady. She always had a smile on her face and it made it a lovely to always return. A good value for a private room and close to everything you want to see. Breakfast was good as well with a good variety of options.

Nothing bad to say. The rooms and facilities are basic, but as you’d expect at the price point. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet experience.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast options are good. Air con perfect. Excellent location.

    Wifi drops out.

Great guesthouse. Comfy bed and cozy little room in an amazing location. Right next to the night market, we got smoothies every night! Everything you needed for a comfy stay. Breakfast was simple, but satisfying with fresh fruit.I really appreciated how the owner didn't push selling tours. She told us to we can chat with other guests about a tour before we book to see if they were satisfied. She was also very helpful with transportation.

We had a bit of mosquitos in the room, and managed to kill about 10-15 the first night. They finally went away and we had no issues. Typical for South East Asia.

Location - it's at the closest street from the Palace Museum, next to trail head for Phousi Hill (sunset/sunrise view point) and the night market. You can check off 3 tourist items within 3-4 hours. Guest house has all the transport options clearly posted in the front. Cheap laundry service as well. And adequate breakfast offering.

Nothing I didn't like which is rare.

This is my second time back to Luangprabang and staying at the hotel. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, delicious and nutritious breakfast ?

    7TanmoyPosted on: 3-24-2025

Well a bit high priced. Place is good for around 25USD.

    Rooms are too compact.

    7AngelikiPosted on: 3-11-2025

Great location near the night market and the river and in the midst of the picturesque old city- yet on a quiet street. Breakfast was plentiful!

Some bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom.

    10KOUPosted on: 3-9-2025

Greeted with a warm welcome and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Located in walking distance to many attractions such as the river and night markets. Highly recommended for someone who would like to explore the area for a short stay!

I chose this lovely boutique hotel because of its central location — a few short blocks away from all of the key sites, restaurants, the river, etc. It was a great value, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed and spotless.

Would be great to have an upgraded self-serve coffee machine in the lobby area.
