Lack of towels around pool poor bar

Few maintenance issues, could not empty bath, toilet kept running, restrooms by restaurant rather tatty, outside eves of Hotel needed attention, detracted from a lovely environment

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, but could use better lighting. I looked forward to the Breakfast bc they served it early and w/ great selectin- from Lao food to American. The coffee/tea was made fresh and many options to select from.

WIFI was the main issue. Bad connection. difficult to get any work done. Family based hotel so sometimes lots of children in the pool area. Long waits for free shuttle due to limited staff,sometimes only one driver doing airport, city,and carrying luggage

The hotel provided frequent shuttle rides into the town. The spa was wonderful and very reasonable.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. There was not any thing that special about it.

The free shuttle was really helpful. The staff were very helpful with any questions that I had as well.

The architetture of the property, on the hill.Quiet. Good breakfast. Pick up from and to town any time you like

The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in, in a hotel.

The gym was extremely limited and equipment was old.

Lovely hotel, peaceful, excellent staff and beautiful grounds. Room was large and food in restaurant was excellent too.

Slightly out of town but free shuttle bus on demand makes up for that. Room and pool has beautiful views so worth being a little further out.

All round a great hotel, very helpful & accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, & breakfast was good.

The dining / restaurant lacked in atmosphere.

The pool was incredible and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful - they made our stay very special with their friendliness.The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice - buffet and a menu. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

The tv didn’t work so it needs a fire stick so you can access your account. Food was delicious but maybe a bit too high end especially for room service. The pool menu was excellent which we felt could have been the room service menu too.

Our room was up 6 flights of very steep outdoor concrete stairs. Great view when you got there. It meant we did not spend much time in the room. Our room was the premier double

We stayed at east wing, the kiri suite.However, there are cracking sound at Night and it disturb my son sleep

Restaurant menu to limited for Dinner..

Excellent stuff - they took care of us. We felt very welcome and comfortable. Amazing pool with warm water. Beautiful views. Delicious food in the restaurant. Big room.

Slow internet, unstable.

spacious room with a balcony, good AC. the buffet for breakfast is poor but you can order from the menu for free and the food is really good.

our room was in the third level with no elevator it was hard to go up and down every time. so if u have difficulties with the stairs make sure to book a room in the first level.

The property itself was very quiet when we were there in May. The room was nice, and well equipped. The pool smaller than what appeared in the photos and while it was out of town they offered a very helpful driver system to town and close by places. Very helpful staff as we were unwell during our stay.

The steps. I have to mention this, as for anyone who doesn’t do well with lots of stairs make sure you book on restaurant level as they caused me an issue. No spa was disappointing but we were ill during the visit so not sure we would have used it anyway. A little bit too far out of town so you can’t just walk in, you need driver.

Staff from breakfast room was always great! Breakfast was also nice. Room was spacious. Pool area was quite nice and always had chairs available.Transport to and from town was a good perk.

Staff in the pool wasn’t nice at all.I had a small gecko ? in the room one of the days (nothing to do with cleaning - room was Always very clean - but probably doors need a review on isolation from outside (with the climate and some vegetation, there’s no way to avoid this on the outside and that’s fine).A bit far from center.

Rooms are lovely and the breakfast staff are very kind and attentive.

Location is a little far out but free shuttles are available.
