Luang Prabang Pangkham Hotel

Lovely staff ! Always ready to answer questions and helped us to rent a motorcycle and book transportation to the train station. Very close to city center, the night market and the Mekong River. Also a great breakfast.

Beautiful property with incredible staff. Our host Taio was amazing! She was, kind, accommodating while also cooking breakfast for us every morning! The beds were comfy and the showers were nice.

Good location, great breakfast, amazing staffThe room was big and clean, hot water in the shower.A really good value for money! We enjoyed the stay very much and highly recommend!

Fan was a bit loud and no remote for the ac

Great location. Breakfast excellent. Good price

The room was clean and comfortable — there was a tea kettle and the shower had hot water. The staff was very friendly and helpful — they assisted us with scooter rental and bus and train tickets. The location is also great, just a 10 minute walk from the night market.

Great location, very clean interior, daily room cleaning, lots of activities offers, nice and variant breakfast options. The owner was very nice and accommodating.

The lobby/restaurant for breakfast was rather warm at all times.

The property was in a good location, the breakfast was outstanding! You got a main, fruit and a drink whether it be a milkshake or a coffee.

There was nothing! We loved everything

We loved it here! The owners are super friendly and helped us with everything. They even organized us a scooter and a van to our next destination.

The place was clean and the price is excellent, especially with a breakfast included. We dealt mostly with the host, and she is very kind and friendly. They can set you up with tours to waterfalls and caves. The location is close to everything you should see in Luang Prabang.

Nice clean rooms with daily housekeeping! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was poor

Lovely place, near the main attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces.Great breakfast!

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Available to answer my questions. I enjoyed my stay there. Well located near the night market and many restaurants. Nice balcony.

Breakfast ok , location ok ,customer service

Hard bed , room too small for bed ,noisy due to street traffic

pleasant accommodation close to the center. very quiet area, owner very pleasant and helpful. I recommend

Way too expensive for what you get.

Considering prices in other parts of Laos and South East Asia this was way too expensive for what we got (75US for two nights...). Super tiny room, you could barely stand up in two people at the same time. Toilet was dirty and full of dump, flush was broken and the shower had zero pressure, impossible to have a shower.

Our best stay in Laos, amazing staff, delicious breakfast and such comfy beds !!!!!

Good breakfast options, comfy beds, helpful and friendly staff, really good location for all the local activities, scooter rent and attractions on site.

No bad words

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Had a balcony facing the main street which I enjoyed

Water pressure and hot water was practically nonexistent. Very small room, a little noisy.

Everything was really perfect. Kindness and professionalism. The room was very clean and the owner was really really kind. Perfect location. Thank you so much ?

Everything is very clean, and the bed comfortable. In front of the reception there are tables and it's possible to work with the laptop from there, also because the wifi is quite good. Not too central but at ten minutes on foot from the night market. Basically you can go everywhere in 10/20 minutes.Good the breakfast, and also good that you can have some free bottles of water. The manager can help you with everything, from bus/train tickets to motorcycle rental.

Close to a big residence in the process of rebuilding, some noise from there also in the early morning. The price is probably not that cheap for Laos, but I would say it's worth.
