The place is in the center of Luang Prabang's attractions; night market, Phusi moutian, very convenient to the traveling spots. Staffs are attentive and knowledgeable. Room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely be the best choice to stay if you'd like to explore Luang Prabang!

Really liked this place to stay. About a 15 minute walk from the night market, but very comfy rooms and quiet at night.The bathroom was spotless, free coffee and kettle in the room

At first, I decided to choose a different place to rest, but after many consultations, I decided to choose this place to rest. The atmosphere is extremely fresh and warm, although the afternoon is hot but the room is air-conditioned so I feel comfortable. There are many places around selling good food. I am generally satisfied with Singharat.

A little outside of town but still walkable. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite good. Suggest you look at paying directly in U$ dollars IF you can to avoid conversion to Kip (can get complicated with all the different exchange rates & bank charges).

This is an ideal place to rest after stressful working days. I decided to come here with my family to rest. I really like the atmosphere here, it is very fresh and clean. The room I rented was not too luxurious but it was very cozy. The staff are very nice and always there when we need it.

There are many reasons for me to choose this place, especially the location is close to many places I want to visit, reasonable prices, comfortable rooms, attentive staff. The surrounding scenery has trees and very cool river. My family has taken many photos here.

Bit of a walk to city center v. closer hotels

Quaint, clean, comfortable, quiet at night. We requested to change our room after one night and we were placed in a much better room for the rest of the stay. We feel we should have been in this room in the first place because we paid for a deluxe room.

We purchased 2 VIP bus tickets to Vientiane from the hotel's Mr. KWAH. Upon arrival at the bus station, someone asked our names and we were placed in the back of a small bus with no A/C. The bus was a local bus that stopped to pick up and drop people all along the route for close to 12 hours. We wouldn't mind but we paid so much more than most people. I feel very disappointed because Mr Kwah was very nice and professional during our stay.

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. They helped us with everything, from directions to famous places to tiny problems that we met. The room was beautifully decorated ,clean, tidy and airy.

Great location, staff was amazing, accommodating and friendly! They could organize activities and transport for eight of us in no time for whatever we wanted!!

Facility was definitely old, outside lobby means geckos and spiders everywhere outside. In the room only a few mosquitos but at least they provided a net in most rooms and a citronella plug-in.

Comfortable clean room. I could buy fruits in the neighborhood, I could have my meals In a nice around the corner restaurant. Within 10 minute walk you are inthe night market Which is super with a lot of choices to eat. Very close are the cultural places of interest. Friendly personnel just as all Lao people are.

Breakfast needs improvement. Fresh bread not the already toasted so hard slices of what I call plastic bread. More fruits not a tiny plate with morsels.

I like the price here, it is cheaper than some places around but the condition is quite good. Rooms are clean and airy. Check in and check out also quickly. Staff cheerful and enthusiastic. I think everything is fine.

The staff were really nice and they do great bus services and tours that you can book right from the hotel.

Our room had a lot of mosquitos in it when we arrived. What didnt help this was that the plumbing in the shower was quite poor, resulting in a smell of stagnant water.
