Le Sen is a haven of peace and tranquility with such helpful and efficient staff. A lift to the centre was always available.

Work was ongoing in The Villa, that was unhelpful. But teh staff apologised and made amends and overall I have no complaint.

This small boutique hotel with a big heart. We were welcome graciously and enjoyed celebrating our Christmas together. They hosted a fun holiday dinner at the amazing hotel restaurant. The staff is friendly, kind with overall generous energy.

The restaurant food was healthy and delicious ? Staff is very gracious. Setting is natural, sustainable, and elegant.

It’s a bit far from town center though hotel provides free shuttle bus. The room has a smell though it might be due to the wet weather in Luang Prabang.

All the details, the rustic charme with modern functionality. The attention to every little detail, the wide bed, view to the pool, double shower, coziness! The vegetable garden and the fact that when I ordered a salad, it came from 5 meters away!

Lovely hidden boutique hotel. Center piece was the beautiful pool. The dining room area beyond the pool was a small open air enclosure yet spacious enough for privacy for several tables. Food was great and well presented. We ate here 3 times plus of course a great full breakfast. Our room was clean with nice size balcony in a canopy of trees. Free shuttle to town center was also great to have.Highly recommend to anyone.

About 1to 2 KM from town center but the free shuttle was perfect for evenings and we used the free bikes for during the daytimes.

Best staff, facilities, environment and service! I often stay in first-class luxury hotels, but they are second to none.

The location is a bit out of the centre, but the free shuttle service will take you wherever you want to go at any time. It was also possible to borrow bicycles, so it was not too inconvenient.

Everything was literally perfect. We had an amazing stay!! The staff are very professional and helpful .They upgrade us from normal room to the Suite, thank you very much for that.❤️I recommend 100%.The hotel is amazing and the room very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Luang Prabang.

This hotel was truly amazing from the breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms to how the staff treat you. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre. But, I must not grumble too much. They put on a shuttle bus until 21:45. I generally would stay out later. So, would have to do the walk.

Beautiful little hotel that is very well kept and very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff - on our last day they even dropped us off for free at a nearby pick up station for our train. Amazing breakfast! The best we have had in any Asian country - yummy avocado toast and iced lattes. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Shame about the building noise but I know this cannot be helped. We didn’t use the pool but it was busy and seemed well kept. A little bit out from the hustle and bustle of Luang Prabang but we knew this and did not mind the 30 minute walk into this area. A little expensive for Laos but again we did not mind this due to the lovely hotel. Would recommend to all! ☺️

It is a very good choice in Luang Prabang, with a quiet and comfortable room overlooking a pool. The best thing was the restaurant with good food at any meal time, served in a nice space by very nice staff. It is a little far for walking to the centre but they have a shuttle that runs you into the centre as soon as you arrive in reception.

The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptional. Shuttle service great as well. Always went beyond our expectation!

Le Sen is a delightful boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was huge and the pillows perfect. The shuttle to the French quarter was very useful. It’s an easy walk but can be a hot walk so the air conditioned mini bus was great. They seamlessly arranged transports for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel

It is a shaft walk to the historic part but that meant there was space for a pool. That is always welcome at the end of the day sightseeing

Staff were just so helpful. Room service food amazing. Would stay here again. Breakfast was fantastic. Only compliant would be bed too hard & fridge didn’t keep drinks cold.

Le Sen is an oasis slightly remote from the Citycentre, where you can relax and draw power. They have a shuttle to the Citycentre, but it is even possible to walk, which we did one day. Everything is clean and designed with love to the detail. The breakfast is outstanding, you can order à la carte and can have international dishes as well as Laotian dishes. There’s a small pool, not for real training if you’re a sporty swimmer, but big enough to take some turns and and swim in it. I would definitely return there.

If you like to be “in the middle of it”, then Le Sen might not the right place, but remember the shuttle and the walking distance of less than 2 km.

all the staff are amazing.. Shuttle in and out of town was a big plus..staff helped with everything..Getting sim card..shuttle from airport and to the train station.. Everything was perfect...
