I liked the location because it is walking distance to the night market and river front.

Too much noise next door that lasted til midnight. Mattresses were hard, room smelled like sewer and no hot water.

Helpful staff. Room in great condition. Shutters blocked the streetlights at night well. Shower divided from rest of bathroom. Good breakfast options of eggs, instant noodle soup, or pancake.

Hot water usually turned merely warm after running for a few minutes. Could feel the bedsprings through a thin pad on top. Paid about 3% more due to an approximate conversion to kip, plus the typical 3% for credit card payment.

Good location quite and clean

Everything was in like new condition. The room and the grounds were kept very clean. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and a smoothie were included with whatever you ordered.

The family that runs the place and the person in the reception were very unkind and unfriendly. They didn’t help us at all with the minimum that we asked for. When they did decide to help it was always unpleasant and didn’t make us feel welcomed at all.

Staff were so lovely, breakfast was amazing, the rooms were huge and really clean. Staff replaced the towels and water everyday. We absolutely loved our stay here and it was super central.

The beds were a bit hard.

I have stayed here twice. In between I visited Muang Ngoi for 3 days and they kindly stored my excess luggage during that time. Great location, a short walk from the night market, the Mekong and other sights. Quiet neighborhood with a few small eateries and family stores nearby. Spacious and nicely furnished room, fairly large bathroom with separate hot shower. Very clean, fresh towels every day. Delicious, freshly prepared breakfast of choice. Friendly and attentive staff. They can also help book LCR train tickets and tours. Loved staying here.

We stayed in a room near the reception and it had a little bit noise.The breakfast it was good but it had only neskafe!

Great location - a few minutes walk to the river and night market but still really quiet; a couple of small shops & cafes nearby. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, good shower, and it’s nice to have the outside seating area although it’s not a private balcony. Friendly staff. Free drinking water. Highly recommended!

Breakfast finishing at 9.30am is a bit early and filter coffee wasn’t refilled when it was gone. Otherwise everything was great

Super nice hotel 5/10 min walk to the historic district, and a couple of minutes walk to the Mekong. The room was big and very comfortable with big bed and proper bathroom. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was good.

From my point of view it would be nice to have proper coffee and milk in the morning for breakfast, but they do offer Tee and powder/soluble coffee.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Amazing location, very close to the main attractions. Very new and tastefully decorated rooms that offer great comfort. Shower works perfectly. Very nice and helpful staff. A perfect stay for the price paid.We made use of the laundry service and the motorbike rent both of which was reasonably priced and very easily arranged. Free breakfast offers the “classic” options. Not exciting but it is completely appropriate.One of the best hotels in this price range I stayed in for a long time

This is a hidden gem! The price is excellent without any compromise of quality. The family room is specious, clean and feels lux. We loved being able to refill our water bottles in the breakfast area and reduce our plastic waste. We will come back!

Got scam. Never come back.

Got double charge when I rented the motorbike there. I askes them to check the camera to see we had paid. They just saud there was no camera where the staff got the money. Such a scam.Whatever we ordered for breakfast, they gave the same instant noodles for everyone. When I asked, they didnt even say sorry or change our dish. I gave up on the breakfastBad smell from the outside, closing the windows makes it stuffy, but cannot open them cuz the bad smell
