Exceptional customer service, good location and excellent breakfast

Property is very nice, clean, staff is very helpful and all services are perfect, nice coffee shop and good restaurants around by Especially Le banneton

We felt very comfortable and really liked how the sink, restroom, and washroom were separated. It made it easy for each of us to use them without waiting. Alina was very helpful, giving us great advice and taking good care of us. She was also flexible and helped us book a sunset cruise tour (a must-see) and a trip to the waterfall. The location was great—just a short walk to popular tourist attractions, with cafes and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was so so. Bread was a bit hard. Wifi in the room was slow.

The Villa is in a great locationI booked the wrong room by mistake and the Mira went to great lengths to fix my mistake and find us a better room. The motorbike I rented from them was new. Breakfast good. All good

We got a family room, it was very dark with no windows and equipment was old, television as well.

Located in a great area, within walking distance to everything but still so peaceful. Rooms are gorgeous and the whole place feels so homely, we decided to extend our stay as soon as we arrived! Excellent staff and lovely breakfast!

great location, quiet area on the Main Street. Very local and with great location for Main Street and boats for river cruise on the other side. Very friendly and kind staff, that helped with everything needed.

the family room is a bit dark and has a balcony that is not private, still very comfy and a good price value.

Friendliest and most lovely staff! The breakfast was Ok, the location was great! They helped me with directions and also booking a taxi.

I´m not very picky with places but there was a bad smell in the room, thin walls and very noisy people staying in the room next to mine, the bed/pillow was quite uncomfortable. The price was quite high for what you get in return.

The room was big, the bathroom ok.

We booked for 2 night a room with city view and in the first night they gave us a room without window. They said that they cannot charge different price per night when we had to pay, because of the booking we have made. We ask for loundry service and they tried to charge us for 5 kg instead of 3 as we gave to be cleaned.

We loved the quiet surroundings being just 5 min away from main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they organised our train tickets and helped us with our tours.

Cozy, very quiet place with large and clean rooms, balconies, located in the very centre. It’s long not my first time in Luang Prabang, and Villa Mira is one of the few best place I have stayed at, even extended my stay. My Lao friends visiting me also felt very welcomed. Thangs again to all of them working there and making us feeling at home. I’m definitely coming back there.

First impressions very nice, clean and spacious in the actual room. We appreciated the ceiling fan and aircon too. Water in the rooms in refillable glass bottles instead of plastic. Bath towels and hand towels. Great dark room when shuttered. Breakfast was really good, a buffet of fruits, yogurt, cereals, french bread, nice preserves, and egg and bacon.

It's a shoes-off place, but twice I had to draw attention to a dirty floor. The breakfast floor was so dirty we baulked at the stairs and went back up to find shoes. No point in shoes off unless it is spotless. Our room had a private balcony which sounds nice but the room 'enjoyed' music morning and night. I'm not into non-optional music up to midnight. The morning was even noisier if possible. It is cash only. Not much of a fan of handing cash over no-receipt either. We went above budget for one night for a treat and it was poor value due to noise and dirt, plus the room did not have what it said in the listing.There was no desk in the room (a desk is not the balcony seating). Or bathrobe. Or coffee machine (this is not a kettle, also listed). Plus one pair of slippers for 2 people is not useful. An empty fridge is not a 'minibar'. It was not located on the ground floor as listed. A view of the house opposite is not a 'city view'. Etc

I loved this little hotel in the heart of Luang Prabang! The staff were so helpful.
