Great location, clean rooms, plenty parking, staff friendly.

No clothes washing at the hotel but there was a place around the corner which had washing machines to use for 20 Bhat

There was a man knocking on my room door around 2.30 a.m., not sure if they misunderstood or if he was drunk due to his room being in the next room, which was also noisy from that room after he walked into that room (same wall). In the morning, around 7.20 a.m., the receptionist called to me, and I knew from her that someone had breakfast on behalf of my booking.

Nice clean hotel with a lovely room. Staff were very good. Slept well on a comfy bed

It was a bit far from the night economy. A good 30 minute walk. But I was only there for one night so it didn't affect my stay.

the location is good, the place is located on the main highway

the room wasn’t throughly clean. the bathroom was visibly dusty and wet with water puddles on the floor. smelly and dirty towels. the cleaner also put the same disposable plastic cups back for us to reuse without telling us. cheap and low quality amenities (especially the toilet papers). we could easily hear people in the hallway.

Well the breakfeast was good considering the price. Toast, coffee, Juice, eggs. Total was 5 euro for 2 people for 2 mornings.

Nothing to complain really, you get what you pay for.

Close to the only bars in Loei. It's a very private hotel and it's very affordable.Loei is close to the border with Laos. A great border town is Chiang Kang and travellers should take the trouble to visit.

The room is slightly cramped and there are no cupboards to store your bags. Short term stay is advantages but long term stay, you'd better search for a more conducive living arrangements. A hotel should be sufficient for security.

The room is quite small than the photo I saw. The bed is next to the wall only 1-foot step from another twin bed. less power socket to charge phones/tablets. I don't like smell of cleaning liquid is like a hospital.

The breakfast is simple, I like the coffee.

None so far, this is a 3-Star hotel.

Ability to have a late check-in

It's not a cheap hotel but, sadly, it feels like one.It's interior is tired. The air conditioning unit dripped on to the bed and was noisy. The breakfast of fried eggs and toast (no local option) was stone cold? Not cooled by sitting around but absolutely cold? Is that a thing in this region?This was a stopover stop and we needed information for the next leg of our journey, but no English was spoken last night.We have stayed in a Fortune hotel before, up in Chiang Khong, and have experienced a delightful stay with a breakfast that is up there with the best. I'm going to presume this disappointing stay is a by-product of the struggles associated with COVID.
