Clean room

Beds were very old and not comfortable at all. Plus during the night so many people were yelling around the building going up and down the stairs, playing music and talking in front of our room at 3 am with no respect. If you want to sleep during the night this place is not the best

Nice hotel in the middle of town , really clean with good wifi , also had a small fridge . Very clean and excellent value for the money.

Could have done with a kettle in the room , also the curtains were too light , the room was not dark enough.

Room was old, couldn't open curtains as room faced directly into staffs laundry room, which woke me up early morning with the washers and driers running, was there 3 nights and not cleaned or changed towels a single time. leaky bubble gun kept bathroom floor constantly wet. booking.com charged double actual room rate also ??.

Location was very nice with bars and restaurants on your doorstep . The staff were very kind and friendly .

Very good price for a room. Only they told us suddenly in the morning breakfast was not included, even though with check-in they said it was. Beds are hard and building could use some extra maintenance. Price-wise nothing to be bothered about though. Some annoying dogs around the corner tried to attack me. Not the hotel's fault, but still not ideal location wise.

Easy access to hotel, Staff is lovely and friendly.

Beds were not changed. Clear stains that should wash out were still visible. Staff was completely unhelpful, no communication was possible. Worst place we have stayed at in 2 months of traveling Thailand.

The location is nice, not far from the bus station and quite in the center. A rather good price/quality place!

Near food

The booking was listed that we can pay by Visa card. And I wrote to them twice whether credit card can be used. The reply was Yes.When I checked in, they insisted on taking cash. And I never factor in the cash to bring for paying cash to them.Ended up I don't have enough cash to use for my trip.

Cheap and cheerful. Central location. Decent room, socket by the bed (!!!), free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

My stay was actually at the AP Court which I only realised upon arrival. As of Dec 2022, the Sun Moon (next door to the AP) looked like a bomb site and was closed. Shower drain must have been clogged as the bathroom filled up pretty quickly.

The bed was so hard...Upgraded tO VIP suite for about 70% more just to get a comfortable mattress.
