Loei Palace Hotel

It’s right next to a park with walking paths and exercise stuff and it’s a short walk to downtown and a good night market.

No kettle in the room and no hot water in the bathroom.

Breakfast location was fine. Coffee was not hot both days. As a westerner, breakfast was adequate.

Stayed in the family unit. There were no electrical outlets in the bedroom to plug in my CPAP machine.

Nice, big room and bathroom. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Walking distance to Saturday Night Market. Convenient to our church meeting place. Nice park with walking path next door.

A few minor repairs or upgrades to keep the facilities first class, such as the balcony door(hard to slide open) and curtain liner(torn).Parking garage smell from the leaking water.

Breakfast must paid extra THB 200, I didn't join it, but my friends, and my family join it, is normal breakfast, just THB 200 only, what you want to expect?

It has a good cost performance, everything is quite perfect, the room rate is quite reasonable, what to expect more than that under this kind of suitation.

Showers were terrible due to the lack of any water pressure. Shower heads were clogged with mineral deposits. Toliet seat was too small for the toliet. No drain stopper for the sink.

Ignore the negative reviews (crazy talk) people need to review based on star rating and price etc.This hotel was in a great location with a big bedroom (we booked this) the staff were friendly the breakfast was very reasonable as the cost each night was VERY cheap The only negative point was not having a kettle in the room so we could not even buy our own coffee or tea to drink.THIS NEEDS CORRECTING

A beautiful, modern, clean, very well-equipped establishment with private and secure parking. Very good breakfast.

Well located. Friendly staff and vey clean. Beautiful lobby and sitting area. The buffet was fine.

Coffee maker in room would be nice. Inadequate loungers at the pool and no umbrellas. Gym had no water or towels or disinfectant. Espresso at the buffet would have been appreciated.

The hotel is completely outdated, a complete renovation is urgently needed !For 4**** hotel the breakfast was very basic.

Huge room ! Very friendly staff who drove me to the sunset point and organized a day tour of the surrounding temples !Very nice pool as well !

We stayed 2 nights in this big hotel en enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower is very good. The wifi is very fast, even faster than at home. The breakfast is perfect: enough choices of European and Asian food and you can take it from 6 to 10 am. We ordered roomservice for dinner and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The pool is very nice and located on the second floor. The hotel is located next to a public garden and on walking distance from shops and restaurants.Normally we stay in family-run hotels or B&B’s, but in bigger cities we sometimes choose a big hotel. We are very glad we took the decision to stay in the Loei Place hotel because we had a perfect stay.

Very strange: although it’s a big hotel, the name of the hotel is nowhere to be found on the facade !

The swimming pool was nicely cleaned. Rooms were clean and roomy. Spacious hotel and not expensive.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

This large and ageing hotel seems to be somehow out of place in a city like Loei.

breakfast was very good with excellent staff. we have stayed at this hotel 3 times and plan to book again in the future as the reception staff are also very kind and patient.

i cannot think of anything more they can do to improve their service.

It’s tired and needs refurbish room had musty smell, but clean , could be a beautiful hotel with money spent on it , restaurant was poor steak was not good quality ,
