Holiday feeling

Beautiful swimming pool perfect view of the Mekong River.

Had a wifi issue

Lovely views over the Mekong if you get a room on the 5th floor.

The internet connection is terrible and the breakfast is very poor. The shower offers either reasonable pressure or reasonable temperature, but not both at the same time. Sometimes there are 5 reception staff loafing around doing nothing, other times there's no one there and you're wandering around asking the cleaning staff if they know where all the receptionists went.

No screen door to prevent bugs or mosquitoes, you can not open the balcony door or window when outside is cool.

Clean new hotel on the banks of the Mekong a few minutes walk to town.

Great location along the river. Beautiful resort with nice rooms and views for days. Great pool as well as a nice restaurant right next to the river. Second time here for a reason.

A little expensive for the area and not walking distance to the main street.

Clean room and provides great amenities, delicious Thai food and breakfast, location is near the walking street and easy to find but still very quiet and peaceful.

The room walls are a little thin so you can hear noise from other rooms.

Great location right on the river with a nice restaurant that had good food. Very clean rooms nice and modern with comfortable beds, beautiful pool area.

Pool closes early at 8pm.

Staff, friendly and helpful, especially the Room Maid.

A lot of lizards, so scary and if the hotel provides more clothes hanger in the bathroom, would be more convenient.

River Tree Resort offers a peaceful and beautiful setting by the river, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our short stay enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view.The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and flavorful options, very good coffee. We had a drink by the river and some foods and everything was nice.

Nothing much, it is a quite cute resort. We will definitely stay there again when we are in this area.

Breakfast

Location, service.

Breakfast quality was excellent, but felt rushed when getting like 30 minutes to buffet closing time. We took used (by others) pool slippers from our room and were called to send them back or get charged. That was a first. It also indicates that the same cheap slippers are reused for multiple guests.

The garden and greenery... all these gives relaxing ambience. Morning birds chirping & cooler weather is so refreshing. The pond & garden outside our bungalows Reminded us of 5 star villa ambience. There is small Shop on reception but no drink/ snack shop on the river side. you are allowed to sit there during the day after breakfast though. Owner can consider providing a self service coffee/ tea/ juice/ snack n fruit bar Facility on river side so we can enjoy more on the relaxing riverside :)

Nothing, next time I stay I will bring small fragrant camphors to spread around the water outflow the bathroom for for occasional odor coming out. Staff tried their best though to spray with fragrance sprayer when we checked in the room... really enjoy the room & garden though.
