- It was overpriced compared to the local hotel prices in Mae Sot. The breakfast was very poor and nothing special. We paid far too much for an older place hotel that doesn't see much business anymore. The older grandparents who run the place really try and are very sweet, but the facilities need some updating and care as well as a proper breakfast for the price.

- The location was a little out of town, but close to all the areas where we wanted to visit on our stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He also recommended a nearby restaurant which was an excellent venue for dinner and entertainment. The room was clean, a very comfortable bed with a good sized bathroom. There were a few mosquitoes in the room on arrival, but the owner sprayed the room when we went out and they had all gone by our return a few hours later. Excellent value for money.
