Clean rooms, great house keepers

Charged 200Baht for a stain pillow - unsure what the stain was from. Felt like a scam.

Great location

The hot shower was really hard to adjust. As the warm water was pouring out and all in a sudden,it just turned cold.

Bed is comfy

Facilities are old.The hotel says they have a gym but the only have a swimming pool.

The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Breakfast is good.

The air conditioner is so noisy. The room, in general, looks quite old.

Despite very old building, the renovated room we got was really good and spacious but the washroom was quite old fashioned with rundown bathtub. The brekkie was amazing and tasty. Staffs were great with big smiles and helpful.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel is in a good location -- in the centre of Mae Sot. The breakfast had a good selection of various cuisines, but nothing too fancy. The room that we got was spacious.

The hotel is clearly very old, which has a certain charm and aesthetics to it (if you like it). But some key facilities like the elevators were also very old and slow. The path towards our room was only half-sheltered (it's half-outdoor), so you could get wet when it rains.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. The staff are always accommodating and friendly. It has a swimming pool which is great (not that I've ever had the chance to use it)The position is useful if you want to visit Robinson shopping mall but it is a little out of town.

The one main issue I would say is the rooms are a little dated in particular the bathroom and could do with a bit of renovation. However for a child this was probably the most child friendly with it having a bath tub and not tile floor shower

No hotel room slippers. :(Your lift broke down.The bathroom was poorly renovated. The shower head did not work well.

Good location, reasonable price, and good breakfast options. The staff were friendly, and parking lot was good. the swimming pool was an added bonus for our children to enjoy swimming, though maybe a few too many outside users do come to use the pool, making it feel crowded.

The A/C in our room did not work very well. It was either on all the way or not at all: the settings did not allow the temperature to be adjusted to medium temperature. Also, while the breakfast had good Asian and western options, too many items contained meat or seafood, making it difficult to select vegetarian options.

This is in many ways a standard hotel but it is very well run, excellent value, easy to find if you are driving and has good quiet rooms and a large very well maintained swimming pool.Mae Sot itself though not much on the tourist map is a fascinating prosperous border city ,, a real mix of Thai and Burmese.

Bathroom: Sink did not drain properly. Shower had low water pressure.Room: Small workspace if you're a business traveler.

Swimming pool, aircon and great breakfast

The kettle in the room made the bottled water, or the water itself, taste of strongly chlorine. So we couldn't drink the tea / coffee in the room.

It is an old building needed to be renovated and maintained well.

The property is really old and not maintained well. It has a very bad, moldy smell.

I stayed here before and liked it the second time I did not like it.

I was here for 5 days and the elevator was broke the entire time. My bed smelled like pee and the bathroom smelled moldy and the shower head was broke.

It was clean and I had a nice view

The back of the toilet had a leak.
