Room is quite small, but good for a short stay.

The room was clean and the help from the staff. That is it.

Start with the room itself. Too small, thin walls, so you can hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms, noisy streets, no air-conditioning, windows have to stay open. Self check in wasn't working. The biggest problem was the drunk, noisy Dutch neighbors. Because it is a self check in hotel, there will be no Hotel staff there, so people do what they want to do. If you have problems, you have to call someone to tell them to be quiet. But a few hours later they continue the party. It was a nightmare! NEVER USE SELF CHECK IN HOTELS !

Convenience. The staff was so super great. They went out of their way to help.

The shower floor gets wet when you take a shower because there is not an enclosure or curtain near the opening. The comforter was to heavy could have used a soft blanket. Could not use TV, and nothing written of checkout and in times. Nothing in English

Cleaner came to clean the room next door at 9.30 h and it was loud

It is the second time I stay here for business travel. It is a great place aside of the fact that it lacks exactly what would make it comfortable.

I have commented about it a year ago. Why there is no easy way to boil water? This doesn't make any sense given the lounge, the coffee machine and the tea selection.

Small quiet place. Free parking. Good rest stop before going to Zurich airport.There is a shared lounge for you to make coffee and tea. Coffee pods are provided in the room.

Room was small. But good enough for a couple

Very good check in process - we arrived very late and used self check in machine. Left very early. The room was smaller but good for one night. The area is industrial but we drove so no issues. Very pleasant surpise.

A bit industrial area. If you're not driving might be hard to get to. The bathroom has a glass window dividing the room from the main bedroom that is half frosted - you can still see through if you're higher.

Everything was perfect, easy self check-in, comfortable beds, bathroom and the room were spotless clean! We were very happy with everything.

- Checkin is complicated. Automatic system was broken, we had to call and EU SIM cards didn't work for some reasons :(- Small room.

The location was nice and quiet and the hotel is very clean.

The automatic system didn't work and we had to go to the main hotel, 800m with luggage, to get the key. This was not communicated earlier, which could have been better handled as many came by train. The worse is the lounge - what would it cost to put some coffee down there, boiling water for the tea, and a small fridge, given that there is nothing in this hotel, no reception and no restaurant. I find it inappropriate and careless.

Location, not much to do around

Great space, 2 beds, dining table, this could be fabulous suite but no fridge or Nespresso in unit. Appreciated parking.

No fridge or Nespresso / coffee. Limited plugs - there was an extension cord in nightstand to connect light to outlet.

Room was warm and clean.

Access was not easy and though the room was ready, I was first of all refused asccess and told to return at 2 p.m. Thankfully the maid intervened and spoke to the controller who was at a remote location to allow access.It was not made clear where the breakfast was served, so I did not take it. I would have been happy to walk the 1.2 Km to take breakfast had I known where it was being served. I only discovered the location after I had eaten elsewhere.The fruit in the common room was a single apple that had seen better days. You could make a coffee in a polystyrene cup that gave off an odour when filled with a hot drink.

The hotel location is close to the center, contactless check-in is available. The rooms are very clean, we can say perfect.

Having written a message in advance for an iron and ironing board, I was pleasantly surprised to find them in my room upon arrival. This kind of anticipatory service speaks volumes about the hotel's commitment to guest comfort.For business travelers in Uzwil, Hotel Schäfli stands out as a prime choice. Its streamlined processes, emphasis on cleanliness, and attentive service make for a stress-free stay, allowing one to focus on work without any lodging distractions.In conclusion, Hotel Schäfli offers a modern twist to the traditional hotel experience. Very good experience, I liked the room and bathroom, very modern and clean. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee offered.

There is no physical reception and it's fine, but the automated system to check-in wasn't working so I had to deal the whole experience to obtain the key of the room by phone with the person that was supposed to check me in. Everything worked out fine very well at the end, but when I arrived it was a bit frustrating because there were no indication what to do.

Very clean hotel, the room had all the necessaries, every day they clean up and made the beds.I liked mostly the extras in the lounge room, coffee tea and fruits.

A bad smell was coming from the washbasin when we were using it. It wasn't though all days, the last 3-4 days was ok.

Probably the smallest room I have ever stay. Self check in was not working and I had to call in order to take my key.
