Location is good.. although it’s a congested area. Reception person guided us very well.

Room was not cleaned properly and bath towel of previous guest was lying in the cupboard. Also in the bathroom neck band was lying . Towels and bottled water was not given when we checked in.. it was given later after we asked for it.

The property is conveniently located just opposite to the Bus Depot. The staff here is very co operative. The rooms are big enough, specious and well ventilated. Tough the hotel provide only vegetarian food still the quality was excellent. They arrange to serve non-veg food as well.

The price shown on booking.com are for non ac room. Many times customer assume that the price is for airconditioned room. Booking.com should clearly mention it at the time of booking.

The pillows were dirty inside. The bedsheets had holes. Blankets unwashed. There was damp in room. See the photo of door attached. Also cockroaches. The restaurant nearby also has cockroaches roaming on tables. Towel not provided

Clean Rooms, built in closets, tidy sheets, comfy beds, lots of space in the room. Best location just in front of main bus stand. Coudnt get better than this.

No Wi-Fi is the only problem, prices could be more affordable.

Location is very good just opposite to Bus stand with near by Hotels,ATM, and every thing is available within 5mnts walk.I will recommend to other.

Staff were good at least for us. Other customers were complaining about something, don't know what it was (We didn't care...).

Mattresses and seating cushning was not OK. Car parking entry exit was not worth For the room tarriff. It was behind the hotel via narrow lane.

The staff is quite helpful. The location is very good. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

The price was little higher. The electricity went off a couple of times.

1. Parking is not smooth. Its shares parking with a commercial complex u can only park at night. In-between the day it will be filled2. Bar is below the lodge. So u can hear loud music sometimes which will be bit uncomfortable if u want complete rest.

Even though our initial and major experience was very bad but unfortunately next day travel company cancelled our travel tickets from Hospet to Mumbai due to some unexplained reasons and we were supposed to go to Hospet , we were worried again the same Host Imran he assisted us in all possible way, arranged for the cab and also helped us to books tickets from Hospet to Mumbai.Restaurant is in same premise, quality is Ok well quantity is too much.And the best part is this hotel is at walking distance from Badami cave, Badami fort and Bhootnath temple so stay was ok-ok kind for us.

Uncleanliness is my major concern, all bedsheet linings and pillow cover were unclean and literally brown with stain, bathroom too were pathetic, felt disgusted. Since we were there only for 1 night, that also we reached almost very late on room by 5 pm and immediately we left for site seeing due to time shortage we denied complaining.Lock of our door was not closing properly, every time we were forced to ask for help.And biggest disappointment was when we asked wifi password from the host Imran since my husband wanted to check his official emails, he denied saying there is no proper range on second floor but when the helper guy came to drop us to our room and my husband asked him password, very easily he gave it without any hint of doubt. It's only we booked rooms through booking.com and not gave him extra so we faced this partiality.There were no towels, even after coming from sightseeing we asked for hot water since we were tired by whole day journey, they said hot water is only provided in morning and mind it ,water was dead cold.

Room and attached bath room is very spacious... Best of all is that one can view Badami cave temple from bathroom....

It was more of a lodge, than a hotel... Apart from one security and a manager at front office, there is absolutely none in the entire premises.... The bar attached in the ground floor is an absolute nuisance and disturbance....
