Towels and bedsheets could be better

Really, name itself proves its class and elegance.... A cool, calm and peaceful place for holiday time to spend with family, friends and relatives. Local people are really hardworking as heritage staff is. Adventure zone is really a place to recall your youth day and to test your agility.... Overall, a place where one would like to visit and stay again...

Rooms paint to be done again. Ageing can be seen on walls. Two coats of decorative paint can certainly add value to the place and rooms. Place where Karoake is arranged needs some more beatutification.

Resort is very well maintained, location is perfect and staff is also good and supportive. Activities like evening music, disco, pool, rain dance...are amazing. Food quality is also very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Ms. Gauri the singer at night is superb with her voice and presentation. Jain and veg food is good

the rooms are pretty big. Equipped with good amenities.

Bedsheets and pillow covers should be cleaned as we found few dirt stains on it

Everything was good, the location, the property, the staff, the food, the music. Overall a great experience.

Pool could have been temperature controlled.

Food was below par , there was no service with f and b , had been to same place 10 years ago and service and food was great back then

although I felt little more restoration and maintenance is needed. The doors and curtains need to be taken care of. Far away from the market area.

Not enough variety..even a child age 5 was charged extra ..still food spread was not as par as other hotel breakfast buffet

Cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and bathrooms.Pool.was really dirty with no filtering.monkeys were using the pool.

Excellent breakfast. Served nice and hot. Everything was fresh.

Got locked out once. Help came immediately. But guests should be told what not to do while opening the lock. Also, portion just outside our room was a bit shabby. There should be better management of plastic waste so that monkeys don't have access to such waste.

Packed with Indoor & outdoor games along with disco night.

Taste of the food

The bathroom was not clean when we first arrived, lots of space and too little staff to maintain the space plus the persistence smell from the bedsheet was nauseating, please focus on maintenance more, heritage does not mean bad rooms and shoddy service

Extreme poor maintenance, short staffed,... For every issue the only answer is to blame rain. If they can't manage they should stop business during rains

Attitude of the General Manager - lady. Even after complain her approach was casual and said write a review and blamed things on Monsoon. Cost cutting to ge level of not switching generator entire day..

Absolutely dirty bad House keeping and everything is blamed on the monsoon. Highly under staffed... Power failure, in spite of the generator available the whole day the entire resort was kept without power till night time.

Amenities such as disc, karaoke, games room.Food was very good.Big property to spend a day in the resort.

Bathrooms not deep cleansed.Blanket was smelling bad so we asked to replace them.

I liked nothing about this place.

Rooms were badly in need of maintenance.Bathroom was pathetic. Not clean at all .I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. Charges are way too high for the service provided

The ambience created at the resort was amazing. Following are the plus points:1. The pool side dinner and breakfast2. Pool side ambience with live karoake by a good female singer3. Well maintained adventure activities4. Huge property

Negative points:1. Rooms are not well maintained2. Food is average3. Indoor activities are not maintained4. Menu options are few

2 rooms could have been closer to each other.
