Internet connection was not reliable for working professional

We liked reasonable cleanliness of the room and warmth of the staff

Free breakfast was very restrictive as it was rationed.

Very nice and clean rooms with good space.

No refrigerator. Outside the hotel, public space and road side are not clean

Room was very clean, comfortable, big and shower also

NO HOT WATER, If the hot water wasnt the problem, I could close my eyes about how distant the hotel is from everywhere else. however luckily I had to use the kettle to warm water and use it at the shower, because in India every bathtroom has a bucket (LOL it reminds me my house hahahaaha) so I filled up the water on the bucket and boiled water from the kettle. I did not bother to complain, It may not change, it was already at the end of my trip, I was exhausted from many other situations I faced in India, one more, one less I was already anesthetized, I had a weeding to go and Haldi ceremony on the 2 days I was there, so I had more important things to do....Also the breakfast place is vegetarian and was very confusing when u ask info over the phone on 44 for room service and when you go directly at the restaurant, not sure if its the same owner or partnership.Hotel is far from the rest of "vasai" if I can call it Vasai....But need to say the room was the cleanest I stay in India, so I was happy with other part, I could rest, comfy bed and it was clean.. Oh by the way ONLY one towel at the shower so I was like. how come... anwyay... reservation was for 2 anyway.

The bathrooms are clean but definitely need an air freshener. The bathroom handles open when turned upwards - maybe a carpenter is required to fit the handles correctly.

Mr. Ravindra came to our room and explained to us about the food seeing that it was too spicy for me he made sure that my food wasn't spicy. The breakfast was good, and they helped explain their foods.

In the room we couldn't charge our cell phones, we needed an adaptor to charge our cell phones, and Mr. Ravindra went and brought us an adaptor.

Overall, it's a good property with comfortable room sizes, staff, and facilities.

There is no service for hot water taps.

The hotel is basic but clean and economical. It also has a central location and two in-house restaurants veg & non-veg. In room dining option adds to the convenience and comfort. Therefore, the hotel is good value for money.

I have booked with breakfast.. Room was clean.. But breakfast was worst

Food Is to costly It's feels they charged much extra than actual Cost. On Booking.Com we booked room for 2,130 but in visit we had to pay Extra Amount ??

There is nothing about I didn’t like.. however so far everything was good.

Service was excellent, Front office associate was very pleasing and assisted us well. Food was delicious, ?yummy, room was also soothing. Service from hotel staff was great.

Breakfast need to be improved. Same dishes only 3 items. Buffet system is not there. Atleast more items to be kept and it should be unlimited.

Breakfast is free upto 100 rs value, however it is sufficient for per person, but telling it straight forward was (my personal opinion though) a Lil awkward.Rest everything was super including food quality.
