Not value for money, poorly maintained, no hospitality

Courteous staff

Rooms looked old paint wasn't fresh.Lift is very slow long wait time .

Reasonably good breakfast and easy to locate. Other than nothing much to say.

First they gave us a smoking room while the facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Second, the room was rather run-down with poor lighting. The chairs had nails sticking out in various places. The door has to be banged shut as otherwise there is a continuous beep from the lock. I am not really sure why the facility is rated 3 1/2 star when its not worth being 2 star. Car parking is in the road behind the facility and its a wonder our cars were not stolen. There is only one lift for the guests. The staff asked us to use the service lift which is extremely filthy.

Location and Room.

In-Room dining service was very bad. Had placed an order for food and 2 hours later it was not delivered. Later I called again to check with them, some other person from restaurant staff was not even aware about the food order that was placed and said will start preparing now. Highly miss managed staff.

- Some of the staff did not speak understandable English- Multiple problems with the service; first we were sent to an already occupied room. During night and day we got multiple weird phone calls from the reception. - They agreed to a late checkout the day before to then hassle us 15 minutes after the original checkout time. Maybe also a problem of the language barrier, but it was handled very unprofessionally

Amenities and cleanliness. Restaurant food price and quality was very nice

Service was not as great as expected. Some amenities such as towels and tea cups were not adequate. The hotel should carry some phone charging cables for the customer to borrow

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Byke Hotel. The location was perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, as well as the service we received throughout our entire stay.

Every staff members was soft spoken and they were very quick for any service you require.Food quality was excellent we stayed there for 3 days with family … believe me it was quite a memorable stay.

Extremely poor hospitality. It took 4 hours to have a room to check in. The team on telephonic calls at the property are rude, have no idea about the hotel details and are least bothered including the team at the front desk.

Entrance is the first thing i like about ur hotel. staff is also good.

room cleanliness is the only thing I didn’t like about ur hotel. windows is with so much dust. curtains were not properly cleaned. and there wasn’t any mat outside bathroom which was worst thing.

propert was ok but the staff was very uneducated they don’t have a scene they opened mu room with master key without my permission i was travelling with my partner this is a behavioral from the hotel extremely nad experience with hotel such a waste money

Staff was very rude, we had to carry our luggage to our room...no staff was available... Room and Building was stinking

For guests there's only one lift . With 8 floors & 120 rooms it's irritatingly inadequate. Room service was pathetic ...a coffee order would take 45 minutes to be delivered.Staff at reception need more training

The facility is maintained well. Decent property for family stay.

WIFI connection is really poor with absolutely no connectivity. The Elevator is outdated and is not capable of handling the occupancy. Hence longer waiting time for elevator.

Location.

Cleanliness and Hygiene.The rooms were so smelly and the wooden floor was sticky.In breakfast they don't have sprouts or salads and on demanding salads, staff ask to pay additionally for it.It's a wedding ceremony type hotel.

Staff courteousey and food.

Proper smoking area is not there.

Only one elevator servicing very large number of rooms. Checkout took forever as their card swipe wasn’t working.

Staff at reception was untrained with a take it or leave it attitude.While three people were hovering around in the reception, they were all busy taking with each other and on their phones and were paying scant attention to the guests.

The staff at the reception and checkout was really pathetic.They seemed completely untrained and did not have basic knowledge of the process.They were trying to appear knowledgeable, appearing to do many tasks together, but were really were inefficient and completely inexperienced.No one really cared, it was always a take it or leave it approach to guests.
