I liked the peace and quietness. The room was aery and proper size, the view nice. Roomservice worked very well. The staff was super nice. Pool was very nice too. The food yammy. Really recommending this.

The location is a bit far from beaches etc. But the way to the airport is shorter. On the other hand, you get all you need at the near markets. Riksha takes you also quickly to west Vasai. Internet worked a little poorly in the room, but functioned.

Will never recommend to anyone and want my money refund back

Room was pathetic, bed was smelly, bathroom were untidy roof was broken there was no clearness in bathroom as well as in the room , room service was too slow , quality of food was bad and room bell wa not working

I don't know what's the problem with the reviews but personally I liked that property. Very nice, neat and clean. It was well maintained and the pool was also very nice. The food and staff were also nice I would like to stay again in the future and recommend it to everyone All over i liked it

Pathetic location, the place is so untidy, swimming pool is full of algae, place looks haunted.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were spacious and the vibe of the stay was amazing.

Overall nice experience, Staff was very co-operative, experience was good and enjoyed stay as room was fabulous!!

1. Swimming pool was not in condition to use, i hope and suggest to keep it clean on regular basis otherwise we can't enjoy that amenity.. 2. AC of our room was very slow even after kept on lowest temperature

Swimming Pool is not active and they didn't inform us until we checked in. The bed makes loud noise. TV wasn't working. Windows were not cleaned.

Non functional, no man power, poorly managed. Poor shower, bad geyser. Bad light fixtures. Restaurant closed. No coffee tablein rooms for room service.

Service are good but main issue is timing slot..I m paying 2k for only 8 hours.we reach at night 9 pm and next day morning at 9.45 am receptionist suddenly called me and said 10 am is your check out time ...but I alredy confirm to reception boy I want room 24 hours time.he said ohk ...but next day hotel policy will change......

The rooms were bigger than expected and the property was clean

The front office was completely non-cooperative. We reached a little early and in spite of vacant rooms they did not allot even a single room out of 3 booked rooms. The food quality was not great. Options were also limited. Door knobs were broken for one room. Also the tariff mentioned on booking.com should have been inclusive of taxes. Came to know about additional taxes only when we reached the hotel.
