Breakfast was not included in the booking. But the food from the restaurant was good. There was lot of fly in the eating area. They should install a fly catcher in eating area.
The hotel charged extra for the early check-in and charged extra for 1 hr delayed check out, but the room was not ready when we reached. It was full of dust and the bed sheet, pillow covers, blankets was not replaced.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds , well illuminatee.. minimalist decor. Services like Restaurant easily accessible.
Mosquitoes in the room. No room cleaning person ever attended in our 4 days , 3 night stay.
Management is too rude.keeps on changing the rules to grab extra money from customers. Room service staff is decent but reception doesn’t care about customer. They literally talk in such a way as of customer is staying free of coat

GAt 830 pm we waited 30 minutes to get our room n when we asked to a premium room it was told its on extra charge
Good hotel to stay with family. clean as expected. Though it was situated on a main road once you are in a hotel, it was quite. Staff was courteous and supportive.
Toilet was little cozy and the faucet was damaged. Restaurant was not hyenic, its little dirty. There were no nearby options so we had to eat from the hotel restaurant itself.
location was decent and staff was very helpful and polite
suite wasn’t designed like one. room size was big enough though.
