The staff was very supportive, promptly providing everything we needed with just a call. It was a great experience, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We were unaware that the window was open all night, which led to a lot of mosquitoes entering the room.Which was irritating

Not worth for money at the price of 3k being said Deluxe room the service was pathetic

1)No proper ventilation, 2)fan was direct connected it switch for decreasing and increasing the speed was not working, hence fan was spinning at full speed.3) The toilet exhaust was not working hence it was stincking 4) soap not provided 5) Water pressure was not adequate in the toilet, and after 5.00pm the water just stop coming, I asked the reception they said ok ok and kept the phone, after 20 min also no response As we were checking out went at the reception told i have to go to washroom if there is any common washroom, but they told there is no water I was told to use the washroom of the restaurant which was below the Hotel

The hotel is very close to National highway. Room was good and nice. Food was good. Staff was courteous.

Liked the location of the Property on the Mumbai Ahmedabad highway, a good resting point for long distance driving especially through traffic from Navi Mumbai, Pune or beyond

Toilet fixtures not maintained, cramped room, bad communication for F&B Services, restaurant staff not trained at all; very dull and unfriendly Front Desk

The hotel is right on the highway so it's easy to reach when Traveling by road. The staff is good room and entire hotel was clean. Even though a veg hotel, food ordered from room service was also good.

The room size was not to my expectation. Mainly because the name of the Hotel says Suidha Suites, and I booked the queen room, I was expecting the room to be actually of the size of a suite. The bathroom did not have toiletries like a dental kit and shower cap. The TV has options for Netflix, Prime and YouTube but the wifi was not working almost the entire time.I even called the reception to get the wifi password however the guy never called back with the password.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I had a little issue with the booking which was sorted out immediately. Problems escalated were addressed immediately.

The location. Don't plan for early flight as it is very far from airport almost 45 to 50 minutes in car and consider traffic. You have to rely on few restaurant options available near hotel for dining.

Bad

Washroom shower not working properly , WiFi not working room no 116, no soap in washroom , no hot water in washroom.

Very nice stuff, friendly, flexible in some minor arrangements. Clean nice room and bathroom.

Location is not ideal for those who came to see Vasai fort and beaches, it’s in the opposite end of the two, and given the traffic getting there takes about 1 hour at least

Cleanliness

There are no windows in some tier room. This was a surprise for us when we arrived and could have been communicated beforehand.

Room size and texture shows on booking were different . Don't book for deluxe room shows on booking hence everything was perfect. food was tasty. Dental kit not provided

Good and quiet ambitious place

Tamil channels on television will not work.. Even though wifi in tv is always not connected properly

I booked a Superior Room however the Front desk girl ( I didn't got her name) but she upgraded it to a Deluxe Room and that was really a sweet gesture as I visited there for my Birthday. All the Front desk staff and helpers are friendly. Enjoyed our stay there. Highly Recommended?

The place has good rooms and it's convenient for us to travel. Food services are good.

The housekeeping staff doesn't show up even after calling 5 times at the reception, I requested to send someone to clean the commode, nobody showed up and I had to call them multiple times, after the 4th time the front desk manager cross questioned me, "What's the problem with the bathroom?" And atleast have the courtesy to not have a straight blunt face when a customer shows up at the desk for check in. No manners of saying Thank you, sorry!! The restaurant staff was 100 times better! They made sure everything is delivered absolutely perfect! Please work on your front desk staff.

Location is isolated in an industrial are, surrounded by all kinds of industrial facilities.

The stay was very nice and relaxing.

Staff is good and some are annoying. They didn't listen to you when you are telling them that tv is not working recharge the tata sky. They telling us watch you tube channel on wifi or you can watch ott channels on your login. On tv you will get free channels only. We are there for relaxation but we have to watch everything in our phone.

Food price is almost double as compared to normal hotels also room size was small and only 2-3 lights were working condition

The property is very new and neat and clean

The rooms are very small you can feel claustrophobic as the height of the ceiling is very down and not comfortable.There are options for height ceiling rooms as well but too pricy as room sizes are not that great

It is new and staff was good

They didn’t have in house kitchen, and being a bit isolated, food delivery took time.Tough the vibe of the rooms are good, it is still too compact to move around.
