Beds immensely comfortable

The breakfast was pretty good. Not the variety I expected and the pancakes and waffles were cold. The spa and gym were very good. I liked the assortment of equipment and facilities.

There is a problem with the billing, Booking.com and the Hotel both charged me.

The breakfast and laundry service

I did not like that my small washcloth was not replaced daily. I also did like that the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I exited the elevator. It gave me a headache on the way to my room and back.

Fancy and clean with good service. People working there are helpful specially Shams. Thanks to the “Shams” at reception for upgrading my room.

I like the room and its very quiet place, beds, and all accessories on the roomThe hotel team very active, and they work to ensure we are satisfied. It's one of the best & unique experiences that i see here in Saudi Arabia.

Hotel give me complimentary breakfast, and i appreciate this gesture from them.However i can score their food 7 out of 10, restaurant location and design 9 out of 10

The staff was not professional enough

I tried coffee shop inside hotel v60 and Saudi coffee both was not good. Need clean the carpet

The hotel is perfect, the staff very cooperative. They gave a very good memorable moments to my family. They provide us two joined rooms as we requested. Thanks to all the staff especially Albaraa Alqarni who take care of all details to make our journey very pleasant.

The location of the hotel was good.

The front desk personnel need a lesson in professionalism. They do not understand that the customer is the main focus of their jobs and the business of the hotel. When I checked in, my bathtub did not drain. I had to call in a work order. The room Internet did not work. I called the Operator since the front desk did not answer my call and a young lady said that she would get the IT person to fix it. This never happened. Only when I went back downstairs to the front desk was I given a different WiFi address and password, which worked very poorly and did not allow me to do everything that I needed to on my laptop during this business trip. When I checked out, the young lady carried on a conversation with her friend on the phone the entire time. I felt as if I was intruding on her. The restaurant operations need a lot of help. Responsiveness and attentiveness of restaurant staff is poor. My colleague is allergic to onions and asked for a pizza, after he was told that there were no onions on pizzas. He received a pizza with onions. I asked for butter twice on two different days for breakfast. The first time it took 15 minutes to get two small containers of butter; the second time I was told they had no butter to give. There is no entrance at the back of the hotel to go from parking to the lobby. The windows of the room that I received faced a wall and the windows were extremely dirty. I like natural light and did not receive it during this stay. The speakers for the call to prayer were located directly outside my window, so I was unable to sleep through the night and was constantly woken up by the prayer calls. With an attraction for tourists and international travelers, I was very surprised to find that very few of the hotel staff actually spoke English. My colleague and I communicated most effectively using hand gestures and Google translate. The hotel is a solid three star, but in no way is it a five-star hotel.

The staff here were exceptional. From Salem who managed to the front desk to Ernie who ran the gym to Jay who oversaw the pool area to many other staff members, I was very pleased and felt like I was among Family and Friends while staying here. The gym, pool, hot and cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were are excellent.

the restaurant and the rooms are comfortable

they have make sure about the direction of Qibla in the rooms. the operator doesn’t always answer

Spic and span clean room , well equipped with basic utilities. State of the art Gym, one of the best Gym I have ever experienced in any hotel .

Breakfast assortment wasn’t that great, could be more vast compared to the price they charge and luxury the hotel provides

1. I asked the hotel staff many times to change my roomto a higher floor, sadly that did not happen.2. the last day the 2nd floor was very noisy.

1) first of all in delay of check in , I have to wait 1 hour for check in and disorganised receptionists (while they talking to me they responded to other guests and tried to help them , although they didn’t finish with me and come back to say sorry !!! *** not for the one time it occured multiple times with me )2) we have to call them multipe times for our luggages , we have to wait also another 30 mins!!!3) rooms are not clean , bad smell!!4) at 12 pm sharp they are calling for check out , I accpet that we are already going to leave!!

Gym and other facilities excellent. Excellent location. Excellent staff with a smile with one exception as below

One receptionist made few commitments but did not follow through. In two nights I was alone at the restaurant (floor 7)

One thing Only, whilst checking out, unfortunately the concierg gave me the trolley to bring my luggage down? and offered no help whatsoever.
