Location, cleanliness, almost new, breakfast

Delay of response, too expensive , the illumination of sitting area & kitchen needs improvement.

Pool and Jacuz btit not warm sometimes please make sure water are warm in the jacuz Special this time of winter

She truly is a valuable asset and a fantastic representative of the establishment, and she deserves all the praise and appreciation for her professionalism and amazing attitude.

Disappointing Stay Due to Smoke Smell

I booked a suite expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively affected by a strong cigarette smell coming from the adjacent room. There was a connecting door between the suite’s salon and the other room, and the smell constantly seeped through, making it impossible to spend any time in the salon area. I ended up staying only inside the bedroom for the duration of my visit, which was very disappointing considering I had paid for a full suite. I expected better ventilation or non-smoking enforcement, especially in a suite setup. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

Restaurant and Breakfast

It was a good surprise to find this high quality hotel in Khamis Mushait, excellent location, exceptionally clean, modern, elegant, with a touch of distinction due to its mixture of modern and traditional Arabic designs in decoration. Spacious rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows with great quality linen. Breakfast could have more options, but it was good anyway. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay at Boudl Hotel in Khamis Mushait. I’d like to mention the great service provided by Hisham, Abdullah, and Ibrahim.Hisham was professional and welcoming, always making sure things were in order. Abdullah was helpful and responsive whenever I needed something. Ibrahim was polite and friendly, and always ready to assist.Their positive attitude and attention to guests added to the overall good experience during my stay.

Room and the location is good. The reception staffs are good and Sukkara is the best.

Breakfast is very ordinary, next time will stay here but without breakfast.

I like the cleanliness and the staff was wonderful and helpful. Overall, I got a hotel to stay in.

The breakfast was just OK that would be better for the suites. Also to the Wi-Fi was going up and down during the whole stay.

Location and front office staff

The room was supposed to be a 2 single bed, converted into one double bed room.As a result, the charging points were in the middle of the bed, charging mobile next to you while sleeping is not advisable.

The staff treatment, they were very friendly and kind especially the receptionist Ms. sokarah

The room was ok, bed was very comfortable. Location was also convenient.

Breakfast was very ordinary, Need improvement with buffet option.

Young Saudi receptionists were doing great from the moment of check-in until check-out.Very clean facility.I like the design, the quietness and the cleanliness.If you love cocking you would find everything ready and new for usage.Worth every single riyal.

Furniture and accommodation are new. Everything is well-built, rooms are big and comfortable. They may call you to ask about arrival time but it works well only with Saudi numbers.

Hair dryer wasn’t fixed on a wall and it made some problems during its use.
