Hotel Eastside

Clean property with a warm welcome. Normally I stop in the city center but the Euro Football competition forced me a little further out but I was delighted by the Eastside and especially the staff.

Being a little further out required either the use of the bus or a taxi but the room, dinner and a beer were nearly half the price i normally pay.

could not sleep :(

It was horribly loud as my room was in the first floor facing the avenue, in spite that I had asked for a quiet room not facing the street. I couldn't sleep all night due to the constant traffic.

The only downer for us was the choice of pillows, which were too soft and floppy, but I accept that is a personal preference

A little far to the center but they supply free bus ticket and every 15min in front of the hotel is easy

Rude, awful service. One of the worst experiences I had communicating with personnel compared to dozens of hotels all around the world. I have booked a late check in and hotel has successfully approved.But then I have called to ensure late arrival + to add travel with family. I have heard the worst accusations in my life: First they were extremely rude, throwing a phone and told me that it's very suspicious that i am arriving late or adding another person (non of you business, do you job!!!)Then they asked the CVV of the card by phone, that should be a HUGE red flag, but i was stupid to do do. By listening to all this shitstorm and demanding a card even knowing that Booking Guarantees my payment to the hotel in a case of non arriving guess what?They have not prepared a room for two people, I had no blanket or towel for an extra person BUT THEY TOOK money and gave no refund.By calling them in the evening - answer we cannot do anything. And Breakfast was a joke. So far this is the worst experience with the hotels I've ever had, ANY CHECK IN machine will do a better job than this awful accusations and transferring cvv without actually proving service requested!

Location and access with public transportation are great. Nice place a bit to lout the rooms towards the street. Ask for a room in the back.

Noice from trafic in front of hotel and there is a empty mini bar.

Good Location, free parking, booked on the day of arrival, two rooms next to each other for our family of 4, with two young kids, very nice staff at the hotel and at the restaurant. Very clean! Perfect place for our single night on the road for our holidays.

As a family with a young child and a baby we appreciate when the rooms are connected with a connecting door and when there is a Boiler in the room for baby bottles. These were missing but as we booked on the same day we were not so demanding.

The staff was really helpful and gave us very good instructions

It was far away the OASG festival so it took us much time to comute

Although slightly out of the center of San Gallon, location is perfect for easy access to town and outside. They provide free bus passes, and free parking under the building which is very convenient. The service was excellent, breakfast very good, very clean, highly recommended..

We arrived on a Sunday, and there was no reception staff in the building after 3 p.m. But we were notified in advance, and our keycards were available in a lockbox on the outside of the building. The hotel includes free underground parking. Room was very spacious and clean. Free coffee and water we available in the corridor of our floor.

Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Parking underground at hotel just park by the side to collect access card, then drive 50 m all very easy.

The room was well heated and clean. The staff was welcoming and forthcoming.

There was no tea kettle, no USB socket, though the receptionist gave me an adapter.

Everything !! Superb secure parking garage, spacious building room and bathroom !! Excellent service and staff. Very clean and well cared for! Easy to travel too ! Loved it
