Staff, Gym and location

The room was very comfortable with an amazing balcony that gave an outstanding view of the lake a couple miles away. Nicely situated between St Gallen and the restaurants/bars along the shore of the lake. Gorgeous!

Everything was perfect!

We liked almost everything about this hotel. For example the facilities such as spa, free parking on site, great Service and clean rooms.

Small details like internal spaces from corridors to rooms noticeably for us smelled unpleasant like a hospital or care home, our guess was it was perhaps due to the chemicals used for cleaning. Airing and using source of pleasant aromas definitely helps to improve the first impression and feel for gusts. Also the shower door glass needs to have a soft stopper not to bang against the stone as it was the case in our room to avoid accidental damage and for safety.

Very nice hotel, friendly stuff and big rooms. I love the balcony. Spa is also very nice. Pool is cold, they say that is 27 degrees but it feels cold. Especially in the winter.I like the coffee aparaat in the room.Hotel and rooms are very clean, excellent. Thank you for the small gift at checkout, very tasty! I will love to visit again.

I didn't like the price of the parking, 20 swiss frank for a day.

First of all, this stay was a suprise for my mother's birthday and her and my father really loved the place.I will have to thank a lot to the great staff, because all of them and Mrs. Tamara were really nice. They helped me prepare a little surprise for my mother and also they treated my parents amazing while they were there.Mrs. Tamara was lovely, because she also hand wrote a letter for my mom in Romanian, which obviously is not her language.I recommend this place with all my heart!

The size of the room was wonderful, with a little seating area plus a dressing room . Very good breakfast, exceptional personnel during the breakfast time. The wellness area was nicely done incl little snacks and refreshments.

The gate to the parking space did not open by itself during the late night hours, my friend had to get out of the car and swipe the hotel card to open the gate. This is not a safe procedure. The atmosphere at the hotel bar seemed rather cold. We would have liked some music in the background, it was a bit strange, one could over hear everyone's conversation.

Cold water swimming pool only no hot tub or outside pool open. We went for the spa experience but it was a real disappointment. No available massages.Came across as a has been.

I stayed overnight with a spontaneous booking on the way. It was clean calm and peaceful. The view from the room was great. The check in was easy and seamless.

I didn’t know it was a ‘clinic’ and a hotel and it definitely had a medical vibe to it which I didn’t like.

Everything was perfect

The hotel had a really amazing view. And the hotel staff provided us with an exceptional service. Plus the rooms were really spacious and clean which made our stay really comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I could point was the breakfast, it was good but not outstanding, I think this is the only thing I would improve.

I love the tranquillity and peaceful green surroundings. We were given a lovely full breakfast served in our room which was very good and more delicious than I expected.I love the spa and swimming pool very clean and calming atmosphere that made us feel very relaxed.

The staff at the reception area were very friendly. The staff at the wellness area were arrogant and unsympathetic regarding a cancellation. When you book a wellness holiday and all the cosmetics and therapists are fully booked, this is disappointing

The room was very clean and modern. We had the impression the furniture was new. The view to the lake gives a nice touch. The spa is very good and they serve water, tee, fruits and nuts the whole day.

The pianist in the evening is so professional! I like the atmosphere of the bar.

I didn't like the manager and one blonde receptionist there. The room temperature is very cold, it is near 21.5 degrees all night and their system can't be adjusted higher. So I literally got a unpleasant cold while sleeping in the room. I even asked two more blankets at night but it is still cold. When we went to check out at 5:50 am ( it was so cold and I had to shorten my plan and go home), the blonde receptionist and the manager refused to do anything and even told us that we should have complained harder. If we don't complain more than 2 times, that means the problem was not that serious. Sure, according to them. I booked a short weekend holiday and paid 250 chf just for the room in order not to sleep but kept calling and complaining entire evening. For me, mentioning once is enough when it's a problem and I expect a solution. I am booking a hotel room to relax not to consume more of my energy. In the end, I decided not to waste my energy and just pay and leave. But I am not satisfied at all with this kind of service mindset and won't not recommend it to anyone. The service attitude doesn't fit to four stars. When a client comes to speak with you about something, you should think what's wrong in fact and is that anything we can do but NOT hey I don't hear you complain enough earlier so I don't think it's the problem. Then you probably don't suit the service industry. In any case, I can just pay and move on but they still have to do this job. So I have nothing to be mad about and here I am just to complain as I learnt from them. :)

I liked the story, the design and the spa and hamman was lovely as well as front desk staff.

It was soulless, completely dead. Like a morgue. Yet it was still in season? But despite the absence of any energy, i couldn’t get ANY appointments for anything across the 2 days I was there. So it was rather a waste of time & money - I didn’t find it enjoyable.
