Nice hotel, very modern and well decorated. The room with a balcony was nice, and easy to ventilate with fraiche air. The under-grand parking with direct access to the room was good.

The TV in the room was very small. No coffee or hot-water machine in the room. The glass and water in the corridor is a concept, but it would have been better to have a bottle in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and smiling, especially the restaurant staff. The receptionist told me we had her favourite room in the hotel and I can concur that it was flawless - very spacious, had everything one might need. The hotel itself seems a little bit dated at this point and could easily be a luxurious place with some renovation. However it is only if you are picky, the restaurant food was amazing, we enjoyed our time at the SPA greatly, the room was perfect, enjoyed the mountain outside the balcony. It was a perfect plan B due to a rainy day in St Gallen. Highly recommend.

If I had to be picky - usually hotels in this price range offer coffee/tea in the room. It's a tiny detail and perhaps it is quite common in Switzerland as I found numerous places without it but just to have something for improvement.

Location is good for families, across the road from a water park. Not far from central St Gallen and driving distance to Lake Constance.

No coffee facilities in the room. Air conditioning did not work properly, was too hot and was not fixed during our 3 night stay. The two electric charging stations for cars were out of order. Sound proofing was good except for sounds of people walking on the floors above.

The pools and Aquapark are in completely separate building (available to public) and are not at all part of the hotel. You get one entry pass if you stay in hotel

The room was clean and fresh. It has a kid-friendly restaurant on site. It also has a small indoor play area for kids.

Misleading photos and descriptions from booking.com and the hotel's website. All the wellness facilities and waterpark are actually not inside the hotel, and you have to pay extras for these. To access them, you need to leave the hotel building, walk across the street, and enter another building. This is inconvenient, especially in winter months. The hotel charges the price as a wellness hotel, but it has nothing onsite.

Front desk was very very nice, we are a family of 4 and they put us together in the same room. The hotel is amazing just in the Satispark, and great option for kids. Also in the restaurant they received us very weel, even without reservation. Is our second time in the hotel and we will definitly come back.

The Staff are very friendly. It’s part of Water Park and the shopping mall. Excellent for family 2 days trip.

No coffee or cattle in the room. They put one pillow for each person and they go almost flat when you sleep.

It was a nice and modern hotel but very fake staff and trying to oversell themselves! It's a good choice in case you have a dog since it is pet friendly!

Price a little higher for the quality of the room

This hotel is very fresh and contemporary. Its design is clean and calming. The rooms are spacious and well appointed - seating area, nice comfy beds, balconies with Säntis views, pleasant toiletries, free mineral water and dried apples. The restaurant is a joy - both for dinner and breakfast. A big bonus is a free and queue-less entry to the water park.

The hotel’s location is random - there’s nothing of notice around really. The water park is not connected to the hotel - you have to walk outdoors before/ after visiting it. 2 reception desks are clearly not sufficient for this size of hotel

We enjoyed the view of the Alps form the balcony, enjoyed the evening at the bar and the sunny garden terrace in the morning. Very helpful staff even with late evening last minute requests - eg found an HDMI cable for us. Very calm atmosphere, Easy parking.

It is the February 2021 situation of the virus, not the hotel, but the spa was out of reach for the clients. We thought we should come back later and check the spa
