The location is unbeatable, the rooms are comfortable and very nicely decorated. The selection of pillows is also great, ensuring a good night's sleep.The hotel staff are very friendly.

The hotel description mentioned a swimming pool, but it did not specify anywhere that only children aged 12 or 14 and above (it was not clear which) could use it.My 11-year-old son was disappointed.I recommend that you add to the hotel description that the swimming pool can only be used by adults aged x and above.

There is a gym and a spa but it is opened only from 9 in the morning. Too late for use.

Few modern touches .. gym far away and our reservation include Spa but we couldn’t enjoy it because you have to reserve it in advance !!!

Full apartment so it was perfect for a longer stay. Kitchen with all necessities, separate bedroom, bath & living room. Bus line right outside so easy to get to the main part of Lucerne or other activities. Really enjoyed our stay here!

I stayed at the hotel with two dogs. There was a large dog carpet and bowls waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable sleeping there. The hotel has a lovely fitness centre which I enjoyed working out in the morning. The breakfast was great and the service at the reception, restaurant and fitness centre was excellent. The room was clean, had a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, the shower was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and everything to make tea in the room.

Excellent location and the aesthetics of the hotel are quite pleasing. The 4th floor offered a bit of a view from the room which I appreciated. Kind and courteous staff which provided great service. Room service offers an extensive variety and delivered very fast with delicious food. The bed was comfortable and one was able to adjust the temperature radiators.

The room was a bit noisy to be honest, especially at night. I told the receptionist and it will be considered for next time. Another part one has to consider is the spa area which hotel guests can use complimentary. It belongs to the WellFit Fitness Studio and cannot be considered a four star experience. It has some decent saunas and a small swimming pool but the relaxation areas etc. definitely do not match the aesthetic of the hotel. Furthermore it takes quite a while (still underground) to get to the pool from the hotel room. One adjustment regarding the bathroom could be ventilation.

This hotel is not in this price category and doesn’t worth that money. It is just correct city hotel with very modest outdated rooms. Having Michelin star restaurants is not some bonus bcs it is booked in advance and you can visit it without staying in hotel. Masseur is not available every w in spa and overall for double less amount of money you can choose same type of hotel in St Galen

Modern , confortable, spotless and very central.

Great location, the hotel is very elegant and the stuff is nice and professional. We came for the Gourmet Einstein restaurant experience, and we were not disappointed, absolutely amazing!Parking is also super convenient.

The bathroom of our room might need a little renovation, the shower head was in disarray and overall it looked a little worn out.

Nice staff. Good location. Good rooms. Overall a decent experience to visit St. Gallen university. Would definitely go back. Staff was helpful.

Not much to say except that the bathrooms could be slightly better. Overall, I don't want to say anything negative as it was a good stay.

Food was the best I had in St Gallen. Located in the old part of the town very pretty and room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is very good

At the restaurant of the hotel, when we called the reception to make a reservation they didn't inform us as that is a fixed menu and is 400 Swiss Franc per person. So when we went there we were shocked and eventually paid for something that we didn't want. That was very unfairThey charged 50 francs deposit for an adaptor that they should have in the room, even though I was paying the most expensive room of the hotelBreakfast no options at all, angly set up, and bad service. The only good thing was a selection of smoothies and they were charging them extra.

Cleanness of the room, floor in wood, no carpet, quality of the beds.
