The bed was too narrow for two people. Also, the room was uncomfortably warm - turning off the heat didn’t help.

Fast registration, room calm, direct access from car parking.

Room very small, TV chanel very limited, breakfast to expensive, Parking to expensive too. Impossible to access the Sonna at the time we were in.

Good location near the train station, very clean and comfortable room with a great view of the town. Didn't know it was self-check in but the process was quick and painless. There's a Japanese restaurant inside that also works as reception and provides refreshments and information that was open until late, which was especially useful as the football fans came back late and hungry from the game and most restaurants were closed.

The room service robot, while cool, took too long. Ordered it at night, was told it would show up in 15 minutes, and then got woken up by it when it finally came in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable stay close to the train station.The hotel seems to be brand new and the interiors are chic.Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice and modern hotel in the center of St. Gallen, close to the train station. Nice wellness area overlooking the city, with outdoor area on the rooftop.

Expensive for what felt like staying in a bunker. Definitely over-priced.

Breakfast food was great. Sauna was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable, and the tech in the room was great (chrome cast, etc). Would stay again.

Coffee at breakfast could be self-service, can take quite a while to receive and you cannot get a second coffee. I had to wait for front-desk staff, and they always seemed a bit annoyed that I was there (asking for iron or about extending my stay).

The hotel was in good location close to city center- our room was great I hope we can stay there once more :) I celebrated my bday in this hotel The staff were hospitable and caring

The only problem was the pillow which is too soft

This place isn't worth even half the exorbitant price they demand. We were stuck in an incredibly uncomfortable room with the bed crammed against the wall. For two people, it's an absolute nightmare—you literally have to climb over the other person just to, say, go to the bathroom. To make matters worse, they inexplicably installed a window in the bathroom. So when someone uses it at night, light floods the entire room, jarring everyone awake. The room is so tiny there's not even space to open a medium-sized suitcase. And the view from our window? A noisy construction site that starts hammering away early every morning! These were the most miserable three days I've ever endured in a hotel. Do yourself a favor and think twice before booking here.

A bit small room

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accomodating and got a high floor room with awesome view.

Sadly there are some constructions happening nearby and there is noice starting from 8 am. Nothing the hotel could do though.

Selection bias!

Breakfast, the view and noise facing the reconstruction…In the last day there were more varieties as we noticed there were more East Asia families. However, since our family is from Middle East we get few options in breakfast in days earlier. And,our suite was facing the reconstruction area in which smell, dust and noise we received as a welcome way from this hotel despite out booking was more expensive as it was through Booking website!!!

Good location, clean, compact. Basic short stay hotel.

It was not clear you can choose different bed sizes. We unfortunately ended in a room with small double bed no good for a couple. Pillows are cheap and way too flat. Bad sleep due to bed and pillows.
