Newstar Hotel (Free Parking)

Spacious parking Easy check inNice breakfast

Great location, clean room, superb staff - we had a great stay!

All was great!

Super clean and comfortableNice staff

The room was a little bit cold at night even though the heating was on.

Cleanliness and staff

20 francs for a very basic breakfast was not acceptable

The rooms are quite spacious, light-filled and with a balcony. The bed was comfortable, room equipped with electric kettle for coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet was good, the bread very fresh!

Clean. Very Friendly staff. New refurbished building. Room is big.

The gym is small. Because I’m student, so the price is high for me.

Rooms are quite spacious and rather modern. Guests are welcomed very friendly. Easy parking and easily accessible from the highway. Public transport card with the tourist tax.

Great location near to motorway and lots of off road parking, very friendly service, good food in restaurant and good breakfast

No air con

Good view

It’s hot in summer but the hotel doesn’t have air conditioner inside the room

The staff is very kind, attentionate and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable.Very good dinner as well. The hotel is only 10 minutes bus away from the center of St Gallen so it is easy to commute.

Room was spacious and clean. Also, it wasn't cold at night, what is common in most hotels in Europe, even when they have a heating system. The breakfast was very complete.I travelled for work and I do recommend it.

I don't really think there's anything that was bad.I had a good experience overall. Please be aware that the plug in Switwerland is very specific. But reception had a plug adaptor available............

Very clean room, very good bed (the best so far during my 7 year career which involves staying in hotels), the restaurant is sublime.

Well the breakfast was quite sober, some cold cuts, some cheese, no fresh orange juice, too little choice actually. It wasn't the bed I booked, got two single beds and only one blanket. No mini bar, the tv-channels; none English speaking only German and Uzbek (? unbelievable, no? yes Uzbek tv).The bar wasn't cosy.

Spacious rooms with balcony’s - extremely clean - friendly and helpful staff - there is a lot to like.

It’s unfortunate that the restaurant isn’t open on a Sunday.

The location is excellent. The hotel was closed when we arrived but we got a detailed instructions how can we take over our rooms. The rooms were clean a cosy with a good Internet access. The staff was very helpful and kind at the check in/our procedure.

Small TV without channels in English. I cannot say any more negative about this hotel.

Good standard, clean, nice garden for breakfasts or late dinners.

No air conditioning and it was really hot. But if you open the window there is a road outside so you need to choose.

Very friendly staff Spacious rooms and good amenitiesNice location close to the shopping center and the AutobahnGood outside parking lot
